Blogger woes- Comments option disabled

Things just haven't been the same since autosave! Now it appears that the comments option has to be manually enabled in "Post Options" for each post, for it to work. Plus "create new posts" now automatically come up in html format. PLUS, I see some word verification thingy below that I have to fill out before I publish this. Grrr.

I have now enabled all the post's below if you care to opine.

I had a panic attack. All dressed up and no where to comment. Kind of like an atheist who was asked to give the commencement prayer. I find that unless you really know what you are doing or have a 13 year old handy, don't change your blog site. MUD

Hey MUD. It *is* frustrating when you want to comment and comments are disabled.

The odd thing was, that I actually used blogger for those 2 posts not Live-Writer, so it was a blogger problem. I think they are probably still futzing with the mechanics of the new auto-save thing. we'll see what happens.

Oh well seems ok now.

Man, I just haven't had the same problems that you have since this new feature was added. No, I had to go and mess mine up all on my own without help from Blogger.

Yeah, BCF. I had to manually enable it and re-publish. Am gonna keep an eye on it for a while.

ODP: Yeah, I had some biggies. Maybe it depends on what browser one uses etc. who knows.. Bummer about your comments, though! I'll know not to switch to Haloscan.

Glad you got things working. On TypePad (hate it), all trackbacks are moderated now. What a pain.

I appreciate your visit to Right Truth.

Thanks Debbie... It was a pain, but think the wrinkles are slowly being worked out.
