ruminations & ramblings on life, politics, the arts, politics in the arts & world events by a republican actress
In the old days when you talked about ethnicity in California, it was about black and white. Now it is about Armenians, Vietnamese, Hmong, Peruvians, Koreans, Mexicans and Mexicans and Mexicans...I heard it on NPR.
REN: It's true.. I was there in August and it does seem like one is living in a foreign land.. however, having been raised all over the world, I appreciate other cultures.... my only problem is with lack of any attempt, on some of their parts, to not learn the language. Though I also have no problem with bi-lingualism. What I so admire about the Europeans and others is their embrace of multi-lingualism. I also have trouble with certain 'elements' expecting us to conform to their culture/ideology rather than the converse.
bwhahaha!..Happy Vets day and blessings to all the ones fighting!:)

Indeed, Angel.J: I love when people can poke fun of themselves.BCF: Hey there!! We miss you!
Adrian Villarreal and his troupe are very funny and awesome people. I have met them and must say they are extremely talented. We will be seeing a lot more of them soon. I guarantee it.
I also saw a great web site for artists called Latinoartistproject.blogspot.com that is trying to bring people together.
Hello, any relation? :-)Thanks for the info.
