Pro-Palestinians And Anger Managment Issues: Or,why did Ali Mallah Assault Pro-Israeli Blogger at anti-Israeli Rally?

One thing that is becoming quite evident is that many Muslims, particularly of Arab and Asian descent, have some major, heavy-duty anger management problems. It's not just any perceived slight against their prophet Mohammad that sends them into paroxysms of rage, any little insignificant thing seems to get them all roiled up, including being videotaped at the numerous anti-Jew/Zionist/Israel rallies that seem to be increasing at an alarming rate. They hate being videotaped, although one would think they'd enjoy having their anti-Israel invective taped for posterity, but I guess they just hate being taped by anyone who happens to be pro-Israel. I've seen the videos of citizen journalists being harassed at Detroit Muslim festivals and elsewhere, and now, one of our own- Canadian blogger Blazing Catfur- was assaulted as he peacefully taped an anti-Netanyahu demonstration in Toronto. Although BCF was not hurt, the man who shoved him, Ali Mallah, needs some major therapy. Mallah happens to be a major player in the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and the VP of the Canadian Arab Federation.

BCF, who is often found taping anti-Israel demonstrations, was at this protest of the Annual Walk With Israel event when Mallah, the goon, walked up to him and asked him who gave him permission to take pictures. See the video below for what ensues. Excuse me, but no-one needs permission to videotape any public event. And why did Mallah become so indignant? BCF was just quietly taping the event, which he had every right to do, just as Mallah had his own right to be there. What freedom loving Canadians took offense to, was the fact the anti-event was being sponsored by Palestine House, which happens to be funded by Canadian taxpayers' dollars.

Obama's Katrina: What Has He Done In The 38 Days Since The BP Oil Blast Other Than Visit The Gulf

Although hardcore, Obama-luvin' Democrats like James Carville and Chris "Tingles" Mathews have taken Obama to task for his lack of action and presence during this monumental disaster in the Gulf, there are people I personally know who still praise him, in spite of everything.

Obama has visited the Gulf a mere 2 times in the past 38 days. It took him a good 11 days after the initial explosion before he decided to take a quick trip to check things out. Another 26 days or so before he made one more quickie 3 hour appearance in Louisiana before he headed out to spend Memorial Day weekend in Chicago with his wife and kids. I'm sure the only reason he bothered to honor Louisiana with his presence was the fact that so many Democrats have been skewering him for not doing a damn thing, other than stump for fellow Democrats, vacation and play golf. But it certainly took them long enough.

Carville blasts him in the video below, Matthews who once said an Obama speech sent a "thrill" up his leg is not so thrilled with him anymore, at least for now. He said on a recent Tonight Show that Obama now "scares" him, adding

"When is he actually going to do something? And I worry; I know he doesn't want to take ownership of it. I know politics. He said the minute he says, 'I'm in charge,' he takes the blame, but somebody has to. It's in our interest."

And Louisiana's Sen. Mary Landrieu, although less scathing in her criticism, said:

she's “absolutely not” satisfied with the administration’s response so far.
However, nothing really compares to the vilification Bush received during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Many are claiming this is Obama's Katrina, but there is really no comparison in how the media and others have handled this.

Evan Thomas (Newsweek) said this about Bush's response to Katrina:

How this could be—how the president of the United States could have even less "situational awareness," as they say in the military, than the average American about the worst natural disaster in a century—is one of the more perplexing and troubling chapters in a story that, despite moments of heroism and acts of great generosity, ranks as a national disgrace.

The BP Oil spill might not have started out a natural disaster per se, but it has turned into one. It took Bush 5 days to get to Louisiana after Katrina made landfall. Compare that to Obama's 11 days. One would think that Obama would have remembered the reception Bush received for not acting swiftly enough, but he has his head too far up his ass, obviously, to realize that all of these minor and major missteps reflect badly on his presidency. Unless he just doesn't give a damn, knowing full well he's a one-term president. If he was smart, he would have spent more time down in the Gulf, and if he was even smarter, as talk radio show host Todd Schnitt (The Schnitt Show) mentioned on his show today, he would have grabbed Michelle and the kids, brought them to Louisiana and had them help in the clean up efforts. Imagine those photo ops. His popularity would have skyrocketed in the polls. But nope. Our president has absolutely no clue.

So, what exactly has he done these past 36 days? The Daily Caller has a timeline of his activities.

April 22: The Deepwater Horizon drilling platform, which had been burning for two days, sinks into the gulf. President Obama, after speaking in New York about the significance of financial regulatory legislation, hosts an Earth Day celebration in the Rose Garden.

April 23: The U.S. Coastguard pronounces 11 Deepwater workers dead after traveling almost 2,000 miles throughout the gulf in search of their bodies. The president and First Lady Michelle Obama travel to North Carolina for a brief vacation, where they enjoy BBQ.

April 24: Coast Guard Rear Admiral Mary Landry announces that the Deepwater wellhead is spewing crude oil into the Gulf of Mexico. The president and first lady continue to enjoy their vacation in North Carolina.

April 26: A remote sub fails to stop the leak. Just four days after the explosion, the spill covers an area the size of Rhode Island. After hosting a ceremony for the New York Yankees, Obama travels to Andrews Air Force Base for a game of golf.

April 28: The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) pegs the leak rate at 5,000 barrels a day — up from BP’s claim of 1,000 barrels a day. Obama leaves Iowa and spends the day in Illinois, where he speaks to the owner of a family farm. He then visits a biofuel plant where he picks up mechanical parts and pretends to be interested in them.

April 29: Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal declares a state of emergency, as the spill “now covers a 600-square-mile area” and “is about 16 miles off the state’s coast.” Obama delivers remarks in Washington on the importance of cybersecurity. Later in the day, he attends a FEMA meeting about hurricane preparedness.

May 1: The U.S. military lends BP two C-130 aircraft to release potentially dangerous chemical dispersants over the oil spill. Obama tells jokes at the White House Correspondents Association Dinner, including one about killing the Jonas Brothers using CIA drones.

May 2: Obama makes a quick trip to Louisiana to ”get a firsthand view of the recovery efforts.”
For the rest of it, click here.

I can only imagine what would have happened had this occurred on Bush's watch. Can we say loud calls for impeachment? As Evan Thomas put it, this ranks as an even greater national disgrace.

Hugo "the Narcissist" Chavez Adds Blogging To His Twittering And On-Camera Blather

Venezuela's self-loving Hugo Chavez is well known for his on-camera, day-long diatribes on state television. I can't imagine many people sit there for hours listening to whatever dreck he happens to be pitching at the time, but he does it pretty much every week. I don't know if he's just in love with his own voice, or enjoys looking at himself on the small screen, since he probably Tivo's the whole programme and watches it when he gets home, but the man does love to promote himself. Remember the canned tuna fish he sent to the Peruvian quake victims with his photo plastered on the tins?

As if the poor Venezuelans, and the rest of the world, don't get enough of Hugo's blathering on, the twit added twitter , a little while back, to his various modes of communication. He proudly counts well over 460,000 as his followers, although most are probably there out of curiosity, like me. And who knows how many of those followers are actually accounts he created on his own to inflate the numbers. And everyone wondered how he might deal with the 140 character limit, considering his inability to censor himself, but he seems to be managing well enough. Of course, he did hire a bunch of people to "tweet" for him, 200 to be exact. If you can read Spanish, you'll find his "tweets" are actually quite boring, but he (or one of his 200 minions) do respond to people. I wonder if he'd respond to something negative?

Then, as if his "TV show" and twitter weren't enough, he has also now added blogging to the mix. Yes, Hugo got himself a brand spanking new website , devoted to- Hugo. Too bad no-one thought of buying that domain name ages ago. Would have been interesting to see how much he would have been willing to fork over for the domain name.

What next, Facebook? I wouldn't doubt it.

Red Cross Aids And Abets The Afghan Taliban

The Red Cross, no stranger to controversy, has added another notch to their belt of questionable acts, although this latest antic is unconscionable and in my mind treasonous: The Red Cross is aiding and abetting terrorists. Not just our enemies, the Taliban to be specific.

In an "operational update", the International Committee for the Red Cross reported that it had trained and equipped "over 70 members of the armed opposition" as part of a programme to deal with battlefield injuries.

First-aid training and kits was also given to "arms carriers" and "civilians living in conflict areas", 100 Afghan security forces personnel, taxi drivers used to transport the wounded and the Red Cross's own staff.

I have no problem with helping civilians in the region, but the Taliban?

The Red Cross has remained neutral in global conflicts, a role that is accepted by Nato's military commanders. Some in the Afghan government, however, are likely to be unhappy that the Taliban is being given aid that could help sustain its forces in the field.

Neutral? The war on terror can in no way be compared to an ordinary global conflict, and there can be no neutrality in that kind of conflict. The rules of engagement are totally different. We don't want these people to survive, at least I don't, so they can live another day and kill more of our troops and innocent Afghanis and Pakistanis. The Taliban are barbaric men lacking a conscience and any moral compass. What the heck is wrong with the Red Cross?

In the update, the Red Cross reported that participants in Dr Baldan's workshop had noted a trend noticed at Mirwais hospital in Kandahar that that there has been a substantial increase in the number of patients injured by improvised explosive devices and other weapons.

Basic first aid skills and facilities were lacking and even where health care was available it was often difficult for the wounded to be transported to them during military operations like the recent offensive in Marjeh.

"Even after the fighting is over in a particular area, we're having difficulty transporting patients to doctors," an Afghan Red Crescent Society volunteer said. "Mines, checkpoints and general insecurity stop us getting through safely."

Let them blow themselves up. Save us the effort. No-one should be helping these mass murderers who would just as easily blow up the Red Cross folk as they would any other infidel.

You might want to reconsider those donations. There are far worthier organizations to donate your hard earned money to. Think twice before you give the Red Cross funds to help sustain and heal the terrorist injured.

UPDATE: In spite of worldwide criticism, they will continue to aid the Taliban.

Everybody Draw Mohammed Day- May 20th

From up north in Canuckistan, here's Blazing Cat Fur's contribution to the "Everybody Draw Mohammad Day", day.

The Seattle artist, Molly Hill, who originally came up with the idea after the whole South Park Mohammad bear fiasco (whereby the producers received death threats and Comedy Central censored the whole thing), eventually backed out after receiving threats herself. She even tried to persuade the creators of a Facebook page entitled, you guessed it "Everybody Draw Mohammad Day", to cease and desist. But it's still going strong with a good 67,800 plus fans, and an unofficial blog to boot. It has even spawned an anti-EDMD day, Facebook page, with some 28,000 plus fans, and you can guess where the majority are from. Pakistan has also blocked access to Facebook until May 31st.

Whether it's disrespectful or not is beside the point. The point is that those of us in the free world believe in freedom of speech and no-one is going to tell us what we can or cannot criticize, mock etc. If you don't like something you see- turn it off, turn the page, walk out or ignore it. In a civilized world you do NOT threaten people with death.

So, here's BCF's video compilation of cartoons, along with a catchy tune to commemorate "Everybody Draw Mohammad Day."

If you think you might be offended, then don't watch. It's as simple as that.

SImple Solution For The BP Gulf Oil Spill- Hay

Let's hope someone out there is paying attention to these two from CW Roberts Contracting, Darryl Carpenter and Otis Goodson, who have come up with an innovative, yet simple, non-toxic solution to cleaning up the monumental oil spill created by the B.P. explosion in the Gulf. At least the powers-that-be who are in charge should give it a try. There's nothing to lose and all to gain. It's pretty miraculous what hay can do other than satisfy horses and hay-riders.

Michael Douglas Refuses To Sign Roman Polanski Cannes Film Fest Petition

Actor Michael Douglas seems to have some sense of integrity, other than his political persuasion which is typical Hollywood. When his son was arrested for drug dealing and sentenced to 5 years in jail, he didn't bitch and moan about the fact, he simply pleaded for leniency. His son could have faced a possible 10 years in prison, but felt the 5 years was an "adequate amount of time." Most celebrity parents would have tried to keep their offspring out of jail completely, but Douglas said

"Look, my son was a drug dealer and he's been trying to kill himself for a while and I can't condone his behavior," Douglas said on the morning show. "So I think the court recognized his drug addiction as well as the crime he committed ... and the best part of it is he will be able to start his life afresh."

Prior to Cameron facing his prison sentence, his father submitted a hand-written letter to the judge, asking him to be lenient with his son. He wrote, "I love my son, but I'm not blind to his actions. ... I don't want to see him break."

He told Lauer, "The fact is, with all the mistakes and the disease that Cameron has, he's a great young man and I wouldn't be supporting him if I didn't feel that way. So yes, I think the judge was put in a difficult position."

Douglas also happens to be one of the few celebrities who has refused to sign a new petition to release convicted child molester Roman Polanski. Last December a slew of entertainment industry celebs signed one. Now there's a new petition, coinciding with the Cannes Film Festival, sponsored by wacky French philosopher Bernard-Henri Levy (on his website) once again calling for Polanski's immediate release.

Signatories of the petition include French New Wave director Jean-Luc Godard, French actor-director Mathieu Amalric and Cannes best director laureate Bertrand Tavernier.

Douglas, who has a film in the fest, "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps", has also refused to sign this one, claiming in an interview that

it would be "unfair" for him to sign a petition for "somebody who did break the law."

In the interview with RTL radio broadcast on Friday, Douglas said Polanski had been given "some bad advice" when the scandal broke.

There have been others who were willing to buck the Hollywood trend of believing that since it was Roman Polanski it was okay for him to have sex with a 13-year-old girl, but not many. And you have to wonder if those same people who did sign it will still think it's okay that he also sexually abused a 16-year-old girl, in Paris in the 1980s, 4 years after he abused the 13-year-old. That is, if the allegations are true. One does have to wonder what took the woman so long to come forward, but apparently 42-year-old Brit actress Charlotte Lewis claims she is speaking out now because of Polanski's attempts to beat extradition to the U.S. from Switzerland. Her attorney, Gloria Allred has stated that there are no plans for legal action, but that Lewis will testify if needed. The fact that Polanski's " team is portraying his previous offense against a minor as an isolated instance," prompted Lewis to come forth. The woman could be lying, but whether she is or not, still does not justify releasing Polanski. Bottom line is, he sexually abused an underage girl and there are laws against that, even for famous directors.

But Douglas obviously respects the law, and you have to respect him for that. Good for him.

UCSD Muslim Student Association Member Admits She Wants To Do Away With The Jews

The pro-Hamas, pro-Palestinian faction always claim they are merely anti-Zionist, not anti-Semitic, but if they were to be truly honest with themselves and the world, they would admit they actually hate the Jews, and not just Zionism. I think they feel that by stating they only hate Zionism they can somehow blast those who criticize Islam as Islamaphobists.

David Horowitz at a speech at UC San Diego on May 10, got one young Muslim American student to eventually admit it. Confronting him about a pamphlet he had handed out that ties the Muslim Student Association (MSA) to the Muslim Brotherhood and other radical Islamist connections, Horowitz turned the tables on the girl (who is obviously a member of the MSA, and even invited the audience to their Annual Hitler Youth week events), by asking her a simple question: "Will you condemn Hamas here and now?" Refusing to directly answer his question, and after some back-and-forth bantering Horowitz finally asked the hijab-bedecked, kaffiyeh-wearing girl

“The head of Hezbollah has said that he hopes that we [Jews] will gather in Israel so he doesn’t have to hunt us down globally. For it or against it?”

Her answer “For it.” Case closed.

London Man Gets 30 Years For Acid Attack On His Sister's Lover

Although 30 years doesn't seem in any way appropriate for a man who willfully, and brutally beat up and poured acid over the face of the 25-year-old lover of his married sister, at least it's a start; especially for England that has one of the wimpiest justice systems in the world. But the tougher the sentences for vicious, barbaric 'honor' killings (or 'attempted' killing, in this case) the better. It will hopefully send a message to those who feel they have every right to maim and kill to save their so-called honor that it will not be tolerated in a civilized, western society.

Apparently, Awais Akram (25) met Sadia Khatoon (24) on Facebook and they eventually started an affair. Trouble is she was married, and when her 32-year-old husband, Shakeel Abassi, and her brother, Mohammad Vakas (26),discovered that she was being unfaithful, they decided to avenge the family's honor. Akram was lured to his fate with a text message from Sadia.

There the victim was beaten and stabbed before Vakas poured concentrated sulphuric acid over his head, leaving him with 47 per cent burns and fighting for his life. Mr Akram survived but continues to undergo treatment for his injuries. He told the court that the attack was so painful he had wanted to die.

Fellow attackers Mohammed Adeel, 20, also of Walthamstow, and a 17-year-old youth, who can now be named as Fabion Kuci, of Harlesden, northwest London, were convicted of conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm. Adeel was jailed for 14 years and the youth was locked up for eight years.

Vakas received only 30 years. Sadia and her husband fled to Pakistan, although who knows if she's till alive.

The Judge, Brian Barker stated that

“It was to punish and kill Mr Akram in the most cruel and sadistic way. " “This was a terrible crime and all right-thinking citizens reject the premise on which it was done. There is no honour, and plots and actions such as this have no place in our society.”

Describing the harrowing evidence given by Mr Akram in the trial, he said: “Few of us will have seen anything like that before and we must all hope we don’t see anything like that again.”

Mr Akram has had “innumerable” operations and has suffered permanent scarring as well as being “deeply affected psychologically”, the judge said. He continued to suffer from a fear which be believes “will be there for the rest of his life”, he added.

“He did not die but his suffering then and since is almost impossible to imagine and he is left in a living nightmare.”

Vakas was a “major and crucial part of the conspiracy” and was expecting the victim to suffer “an agonising death”, the judge said, while Khatoon and her husband “were central to this plan and should have been in the dock”.
Akram was basically ambushed, and initially had no clue what hit him until it was too late.

Mr Akram did not know his attackers but realised what it was about after he heard the name “Sadia”. He told how the attack began after he heard footsteps behind him.

“Somebody hit me on my leg first from behind and then I fell on the ground and then two, three or four people surrounded me and then they all started to assault me by beating, then they threw acid before they left.

“At that time I did not know that this was acid, when they were trying to push it into my mouth, but I knew that there was something very dangerous that they were trying to force into my mouth. This is why I tried to cover my mouth, but he did throw it on me.”

Mr Akram described the excruciating pain as the sulphuric acid — a drain clearer — was poured over his head and body.

“When I started feeling this, I did not know how to understand it. I started burning, my whole body started to burn. At that point I just felt that I would be dead. Death was, I felt, a better solution than to be burning like this...

“At that time I wasn’t conscious enough to understand but whenever I think of it now I really start shaking and shivering, and I can’t believe that someone can do this to another person.”

During the plot, the men received instructions from Khatoon’s husband, Abassi, who was in a hotel room near Heathrow with his wife. She was on the phone to the unsuspecting victim who was telling her his whereabouts.

Police hailed Mr Akram’s bravery in coming forward to give evidence against his attackers despite being deeply traumatised by what happened. One officer described him as an “incredible young man”.

There is nothing whatsoever honorable about honor killings and we must make sure that immigrants realize there will be zero tolerance for that kind of tradition, regardless of whether it's acceptable in their home countries.

There Is No Free Speech In Islam- Artist Lars Vilks Attacked By Muslims At A Lecture On Free Speech

Not so ironically, Lars Vilks (the Swedish artist who drew Mohammad's head on the body of a dog back in 2007) was giving a lecture on free speech at the University of Uppsala when he was attacked by Muslims. One of whom head-butted the old man.

"He head-butted me and I fell into the wall and lost my glasses," Mr Vilks said. He added he was unharmed.

A spokesman for Uppsala police said about 20 people tried to attack Mr Vilks after interrupting his lecture, adding that the police had to intervene to stop them. Two people were detained.

So much for free speech, which just doesn't seem to be part of the Islamic vernacular. Muslims (and not all of them extremists) want this man's head on a plate for having insulted their prophet. I suppose being headbutted is a tad better than being threatened with death, and he's certainly had plenty of those threats. Blond, blue-eyed American Colleen LaRose aka "JihadJane" this past March was arrested for trying to enlist other whack jobs to do the man in.

Of course Vilks is in good company. Kurt Westergaard, the Danish cartoonist who created the Mohammad with a Turban bomb cartoon, has also been threatened with death, and attacked and almost murdered by an axe-wielding Somali extremist. And then you have Trey Parker and Matt Stone of "South Park" who were also told they could face a similar death to Dutch Filmmaker Theo Van Gogh, who was murdered by a Muslim fanatic who took offense to his film about the oppression of women in Islam.

All of these people exercising their rights to free speech, thwarted by a religion that wants to muzzle everyone.

The video below, is disturbing but shows the attack on Vilks, a 64-year-old man. This has got to stop!

Obama Complains About The 'Diversions' Of Ipod, Xbox etc.

And this from a man, our president, who refused to do away with his blackberry in spite of the security hazards. Can we say hypocrite? Then again, Obama has always waffled on issues and contradicted himself. I guess it's always a question of "do as I say, not as I do". He fears the power of these media outlets, not because he has no clue how to work them, as he claims in the article below, but because information is power.

HAMPTON, Virginia — US President Barack Obama lamented Sunday that in the iPad and Xbox era, information had become a diversion that was imposing new strains on democracy, in his latest critique of modern media.

Obama, who often chides journalists and cable news outlets for obsessing with political horse race coverage rather than serious issues, told a class of graduating university students that education was the key to progress.

"You're coming of age in a 24/7 media environment that bombards us with all kinds of content and exposes us to all kinds of arguments, some of which don't always rank all that high on the truth meter," Obama said at Hampton University, Virginia.

"With iPods and iPads and Xboxes and PlayStations, -- none of which I know how to work -- information becomes a distraction, a diversion, a form of entertainment, rather than a tool of empowerment, rather than the means of emancipation," Obama said.

He bemoaned the fact that "some of the craziest claims can quickly claim traction," in the clamor of certain blogs and talk radio outlets.

"All of this is not only putting new pressures on you, it is putting new pressures on our country and on our democracy."

The rest here.

Geert Wilders Needs Our Help

Dutch politician Geert Wilders, producer of the film FITNA, defender of free speech and major anti-jihad promoter is in need of major funds in the upcoming Dutch elections. Blazing Cat Fur alerted me to the Gates of Vienna post regarding this. If you are so inclined to post or donate, the info is as follows:

Urgent: Geert Needs Our Help
by Baron Bodissey

As you all know, Geert Wilders and the Partij voor de Vrijheid (Party for Freedom) are running in next month’s general elections in the Netherlands. Unlike all the other Dutch political parties (and most other European parties), the PVV is self-funded and receives no government subsidy.

In the last two years Mr. Wilders has become the de facto leader of the European Counterjihad, and his success will have great importance far beyond the borders of his own country.

Ten thousand ordinary people giving a few bucks each can make up for the lack of government money or wealthy donors. Those who want to help may use the Paypal button for donations at the Geert Wilders website.

A PVV member emailed us this morning and requested our help getting the word out. The party’s appeal is below, and I’ve added an image in case anybody wants to use it. Please spread the word and help this message go viral:

Geert Wilders Needs Your Help Urgently

With four weeks to go before the general elections in the Netherlands, Geert Wilders and the Party for Freedom are now engaged in a life-and-death struggle against the forces of jihad. In the last couple of years Geert Wilders has emerged as the international symbol of the struggle against Islam.

The Party for Freedom (PVV) refuses government subsidy in order to remain independent. All other Dutch parties receive government money. Therefore, the PVV is facing a serious challenge in order to survive this election season. Dutch state television is engaged in a massive campaign to smear the PVV.

The Party for Freedom needs your help urgently. Every donation is welcome.

IFPS & Free Thinking Film Society Present: Bat Ye'or & Sam Solomon - Canadian Speaking Engagements &; Book Signings - London, Toronto

From Blazing Catfur: From our brothers and sisters up north. If you happen to be in Canada, please attend. Looks very interesting.

IFPS & Free Thinking Film Society Present: Bat Ye'or & Sam Solomon - Canadian Speaking Engagements & Book Signings - London, Toronto & Ottawa

Details here.

Born in Cairo, Bat Ye’or found asylum in London as a stateless refugee in 1957 and became British on marriage, settling in Switzerland. Since 1971 she has written five books and scores of articles on non-Muslims under Islam, including The Decline of Eastern Christianity under Islam: From Jihad to Dhimmitude, Islam and Dhimmitude: Where Civilizations Collide, and Eurabia: The Euro-Arab Axis, which described the gradual transformation of Europe into "Eurabia". A highly sought-after speaker, she has presented at dozens of international conferences and symposiums, and given briefings to government legislatures, including the U.S. Congress.

Sam Solomon, a convert to Christianity and an expert on Islam, is a senior lecturer and research coordinator, a human rights activist and an advisor to British as well as European parliamentarians. Sam has authored a number of thought-provoking books and numerous articles on Christian Muslim relations.

“The extraordinary researches of Bat Ye’or on the Euro-Arab Dialogue, and on the growing ‘dhimmitude’ (status of submission) exhibited by the leaders and rulers of Western Europe toward Islam, have been for me an amazing revelation, one that at first I wished to deny myself, but her evidence proved overwhelming.”
La Forza della Ragione -Oriana Fallaci

“Bat Ye’or has traced a nearly secret history of Europe over the past thirty years, convincingly showing how the Euro-Arab Dialogue has blossomed from a minor discussion group into the engine for the continent’s Islamization. In delineating this phenomenon, she also provides the intellectual resources with which to resist it. Will her message be listened to?”
-Daniel Pipes

No writer has done more than Bat Ye’or to draw attention to the menacing character of Islamic extremism. Future historians will one day regard her coinage of the term ‘Eurabia’ as prophetic. Those who wish to live in a free society must be eternally vigilant. Bat Ye’or vigilance is unrivalled.”
-Niall Ferguson

“Such a Euroarabian identity is dangerous for the Jewish people. Here I agree with Bat Ye’or’s argument that Europe has been engaged in a self-capitulation to Islamist demands in the name of a misconceived multiculturalism.”
-Robert Wistrich

“Bat Ye’or is one of the only analysts in the world with the courage and insight necessary to state clearly what is happening in Europe today. Her account of the betrayal by the European powers of their own identity and history will stand for future historians as a cautionary tale of cultural suicide.”
-Robert Spencer
