Here's another despicable case of welfare fraud. But that's not the only transgression 35-year-old Rachel Hardy-Johnson committed, Rachel and her 40-year-old husband Dondre- who owned several businesses at the time Rachel applied for food stamps as a single mother of two- was also arrested and charged with 'abuse of a corpse.' They left 7 corpses to rot, after taking money from the families for funeral services that were never performed.
And Rachel, all the while sucking the government teat for food stamps, had the gall to purchase back in 2011 and 2012, with a cashier's check (basically cash), a 2006 Hummer for $26,000, a 2008 Mercedes-Benz for $41,700 and then a 2008 Range Rover for $53,000.
It all finally caught up with her.
She could get 25 years for food stamp fraud and faces a $250,000 fine. She'll find out her fate this coming May.
Hubby (and Rachel) also face time and fines for the corpse abuse and theft.
The rest here.
Shameful, when there are people who legitimately need the food stamps.

Islamic Shariah Tribunal Runs In Texas
Think Islamic shariah isn't already creeping into the United States, think again. It's alive and well and operating in Texas.
Breitbart has all the info regarding the Islamic Tribunal that has 4 judges, who handle everything from divorce, to business disputes to family law.
And you know there have to be similar tribunals elsewhere.
Breitbart has all the info regarding the Islamic Tribunal that has 4 judges, who handle everything from divorce, to business disputes to family law.
An Islamic Tribunal using Sharia law in Texas has been confirmed by Breitbart Texas. The tribunal is operating as a non-profit organization in Dallas. One of the attorneys for the tribunal said participation and acceptance of the tribunal’s decisions are “voluntary.”
Breitbart Texas spoke with one of the “judges,” Dr. Taher El-badawi. He said the tribunal operates under Sharia law as a form of “non-binding dispute resolution.” El-badawi said their organization is “a tribunal, not arbitration.” A tribunal is defined by Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary as “a court or forum of justice.” The four Islamic attorneys call themselves “judges” not “arbitrators.”
El-badawi said the tribunal follows Sharia law to resolve civil disputes in family and business matters. He said they also resolve workplace disputes.
In matters of divorce, El-badawi said that “while participation in the tribunal is voluntary, a married couple cannot be considered divorced by the Islamic community unless it is granted by the tribunal.” He compared their divorce, known as “Talaq,” as something similar to the Catholic practice of annulment in that the church does not recognize civil divorce proceedings as ending a marriage.
[snip]The rest here.
El-badawi said they follow Texas family law when it comes to child support, visitation, and custody. He said that in most cases, custody of children is awarded to the mother.
Breitbart Texas asked what happens when there is a conflict between Sharia law and Texas law. El-badawi said most of the time, the laws are in agreement. When pushed further he admitted that, “we follow Sharia law.” However, he explained, “If the parties are not satisfied with the tribunal’s decision, they do not have to accept it and they can take the matter to Texas civil courts.” He did not say what the social ramifications of rejecting the “judge’s” decision would be.
The website for the Islamic Tribunal states, “The courts of the United States of America are costly and consist of ineffective lawyers. Discontent with the legal system leads many Muslims in America to postpone justice in this world and opt for an audience on the Day of Judgment.”
It goes on to state, “It is with this issue that Muslims here in America are obligated to find a way to solve conflicts and disputes according to the principles of Islamic Law and its legal heritage of fairness and justice in a manner that is reasonable and cost effective.”
And you know there have to be similar tribunals elsewhere.
Pro-Palestinian Group Shuts Down Free Speech At Cal Poly- Video
The pro-Palestinian contingency has no idea of the meaning of dialogue, or respect. Take a look at this video at Cal Poly Pomona where members of American Muslims for Palestine rudely shouted down two Israelis who had been invited to speak on campus. As the two IDF reservists tried to talk about terrorism and their efforts to save both Israelis and Palestinians, there was a non-stop barrage of invective: "war criminals" "murderers" "Nazis" "rapists" "baby killers".
The Dean of Students and VP of Student Affairs have since worked with CPP Hillel and Broncos for Israel to create a chain of command for dealing with protest response and have finalized their policies towards any disturbance in the future.
An open and safe atmosphere for dialogue and ensuring that students feel free to express their love of Israel without being attacked is still uncertain for CPP students, but the future looks brighter.
Stand With Us has posted the video on YouTube.

Study Finds Western ISIS Women Are Not Victims They Are As Driven As Male Counterparts
There are at least 550 foreign female jihadists who have made their way to Syria and Iraq, and according to a study these women are not victims, they are just as driven and dangerous as their male counterparts.
Although Frenett and co are monitoring a slew of female jihadists on social media, and there are a plenty- they chose only 12 women living in Syria and Iraq to focus on. They are from the U.K., Canada, France and the Netherlands.
So, better beware when those women claim they have had enough of ISIS and want to go home.
Western women who join Islamic State militants are driven by the same ideological passion as many male recruits and should be seen as potentially dangerous cheerleaders, not victims, experts said. A new study out on Wednesday said the estimated 550 women who have travelled to Iraq and Syria are expected to marry, keep house and bear children.
Despite being banned from fighting, the study found they were active propagandists for the cause. “The violent language and dedication to the cause is as strong as we find in some of the men,” said extremism expert Ross Frenett of the Institute for Strategic Dialogue, who coauthored the new report. “The worry is that as ISIS (the IS group) loses ground, as everyone hopes it does, that more and more of these women will transfer from the domestic world they’re in now to a more violent one,” he told AFP.
Much has been written about young women going to become “jihadist brides”, but the prevailing narrative of wide-eyed recruits drawn by a sense of excitement belies the importance of their own faith and passions.
Although Frenett and co are monitoring a slew of female jihadists on social media, and there are a plenty- they chose only 12 women living in Syria and Iraq to focus on. They are from the U.K., Canada, France and the Netherlands.
Some of the women endorsed the bloody beheadings carried out by the militants — “I wish I did” it, one said after US journalist Steven Sotloff was killed — as well as railing against Western governments and the suffering of Muslims. “My best friend is my grenade ... It’s an American one too. May Allah allow me to kill their Kanzeer [pig] soldiers with their own weapons,” one said. Crucially, the women also provide advice and encouragement to other women thinking of joining. “They’re actively recruiting women and providing them with assistance advice and referrals to go to ISIS-held territory,” said Frenett.
So, better beware when those women claim they have had enough of ISIS and want to go home.

Al Jazeera English Bans Use of "Extremist", "Militant", "Terrorist", "Islamist"- Per Leaked Email Memo
ISIS-affiliated jihadists have claimed responsibility for the attack and car bombing of the Corinthia luxury hotel in Tripoli, Libya early this morning. The death toll varies, but it's around 9 or 10, with one American casualty.
Soon after the attack, Carlos Van Meek of Al Jazeera English sent out an email memo to Al Jazeera correspondents telling them they are not to use the terms "jihad", "Islamist", "extremist", "terrorist" or "militant" when referring to Islamist, extremist, terrorist militant jihadists. They want to "avoid characterizing people," because "one person's terrorist is another's freedom fighter." Right, because trying to establish an imperialist global caliphate is just freedom fighting. Beheading journalists, raping and killing Yazidi women, and keeping some as sex slaves is just freedom fighting.
BUT, it's perfectly okay to use the term militant when referring to people like Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, or Norway's 'mass murderer' Anders Behring Breivik.
National Review Online's Brendan Bordelon got his hands on a leaked copy of that email:
It's not the first leaked email to show just how biased the Qatar-based news agency is. After the Charlie Hebdo attack, National Review Online also managed to get a hold of other emails where Al Jazeera execs criticised the overwhelming global support for freedom of speech.
Maybe it's time Al Jazeera crawls back to Doha where it belongs.

All: We manage our words carefully around here. So I’d like to bring to your attention to some key words that have a tendency of tripping us up. This is straight out of our Style Guide. All media outlets have one of those. So do we. If you’d like to amend, change, tweak.. pls write to Dan Hawaleshka direct who is compiling the updates to the Style Guide and they will be considered based on merit. No mass replies to this email, pls.
EXTREMIST – Do not use. Avoid characterizing people. Often their actions do the work for the viewer. Could write ‘violent group’ if we’re reporting on Boko Haram agreeing to negotiate with the government. In other words, reporting on a violent group that’s in the news for a non-violent reason.
TERRORISM/TERRORISTS – One person’s terrorist is another’s freedom fighter. We will not use these terms unless attributed to a source/person.
ISLAMIST – Do not use. We will continue to describe groups and individuals, by talking about their previous actions and current aims to give viewers the context they require, rather than use a simplistic label.
NOTE: Naturally many of our guests will use the word Islamist in the course of their answers. It is absolutely fine to include these answers in our output. There is no blanket ban on the word.
JIHAD – Do not use the Arabic term. Strictly speaking, jihad means an inner spiritual struggle, not a holy war. It is not by tradition a negative term. It also means the struggle to defend Islam against things challenging it. Again, an Arabic term that we do not use.
FIGHTERS – We do not use words such as militants, radicals, insurgents. We will stick with fighters. However, these terms are allowed when quoting other people using them.Makes one want to slam one's head into the wall.
MILITANT – We can use this term to describe individuals who favour confrontational or violent methods in support of a political or social cause. For example, we can use the term to describe Norwegian mass-killer Andres Behring Breivik or Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. But please note: we will not use it to describe a group of people, as in ‘militants’ or ‘militant groups’ etc.
It's not the first leaked email to show just how biased the Qatar-based news agency is. After the Charlie Hebdo attack, National Review Online also managed to get a hold of other emails where Al Jazeera execs criticised the overwhelming global support for freedom of speech.

Pat Condell's Latest On Anti-Semitism In Europe- A Special Kind of Hate
Pat Condell's latest video "A Special Kind of Hate" talks about the rise in anti-Semitism in Europe with the increase in Muslim immigration. And the anti-Semitism is definitely generated mostly by Muslims. And no, he is not being racist.
He also touches on the bogus claim that people who are anti-Israel, are not anti-Jewish, saying.

70th Anniversary Of The Liberation Of Auschwitz By The Red Army- Jan 27, 1945 Video
70 years ago, on January 27, 1945, the Russians liberated the Nazi Auschwitz extermination and concentration camp in Poland.
The 322nd Rifle Division of the Red Army took disturbing footage of the camp where 1.1 million men, women and children were starved, dehumanized, tortured, experimented on and slaughtered.
Snippets in the video below show piles of skeletal bodies scattered around and in mass graves, piles of teeth, eyeglasses, clothing, shoes, suitcases, personal belongings.
Here's a 52 minute video that documents the liberation, including more Red Army footage.
I would like to think that showing this kind of footage to every Holocaust denier might somehow change their minds, but I doubt it would have any effect. And for those people who dare claim that the Palestinian people are undergoing a genocide, get real! There is no comparison.
What was done to these Jews and others (including Jehovah's Witnesses, gypsies, political prisoners, homosexuals and others) was beyond inhumane. There are no words to describe it.
We must never forget. We must never allow this to happen again. This is why ISIS must be stopped.

Turkish Court Tells Facebook To Block Pages Insulting Mohammed, Or Else.
The Turkish government is demanding that Facebook block all pages that insult Mohammed, or else. Yes, the country that wants to join the E.U. continues to prove its unworthiness.
It wouldn't be the first time social media has been blocked, if it comes to that.
More on Al Arabiya.
A Turkish court has ordered Facebook to block pages deemed insulting to the Prophet Mohammed, threatening to shut down the social media network indefinitely if it ignores the directive, state media said Monday.
The ruling came after Turkish prosecutors investigated the social media pages following a deadly attack on the Paris offices of French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo on Jan. 7.
The court ruled on Sunday that Facebook would be shut down altogether in Turkey if it fails to implement the order, state-run Anatolia news agency reported. They also targeted a newspaper, the daily Cumhuriyet, for printing some Charlie Hebdo cartoons in support of freedom of speech.
It wouldn't be the first time social media has been blocked, if it comes to that.
Twitter and YouTube were temporarily blocked in Turkey last year after both platforms were used by opponents of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan to post allegations of corruption within his inner circle.
