Joke of the day: Who's behind that burqa, Part 2
Guess this is another reason to have so many wives, other than being fruitful, multiplying and becoming the 2nd largest religion in the world, probably soon to overtake Christianity. Well, their women are just chattel anyway, right?
funny but sad at the same time. Where are the Gloria Steinhams? Where are the liberal feminists fighting for the rights of these women...it baffles me the hypocracy. The picture gets a very important point acrocss! :)N
I didn't see the camel thing until I saw Pat and z's comment...heh The similarity is uncanny! Seriously, the jokes on that cover are the reality for so many women in that situation who think they're going to Paradise for putting up with all those 'hellacious' beatings.
A joke I hesitated to tell, but what the heck..I'm back and I'll tell it! The Foreign Legion was missing their loved ones...(if you know what I mean) SO, there they were in Arabia and missing a lady. The Arab says to them "it's simple...you just take a camel.."
One took him to heart only to be discovered by the Arab "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?", the Arab asked! He said "Well..you said you just take a camel.."
AURORA: It IS uncanny. When I see women in Burqas, particularly in the West and in the heat, it raises my blood pressure. I can't even imagine how claustrophobics it must be under that sack of cloth.
STEVE H: I would agree, they can be very beautiful, particularly the Iranian women.
And you've published a picture of one of the women who's rights you've championed throughout your blog, and your smart readers can only comment that she looks like a camel.
There is room for many different opinions, but please be civil. I have enabled comment moderation temporarily as a result of a slew of spam comments. IF YOU ARE POSTING SPAM, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME- IT WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED.

EXACTLY. There just has to be something TO that...they LOVE their camels! I wonder HOW MUCH?!!! HEE!!
NIKKI: They remain mum when the issues don't pertain to themselves. Baffles but doesn't surprise.
ReplyDeletePATJ: :-) It does indeed..
DD2: That too.
WOMAN: sadly so...
Z: I think they do.. there is some question of bestiality in those parts.. then again, we have it here as well. eek.

One thing I can definitely say with confidence - and I've been there and done all that - their women are hot. A bit hirsute, but hot.
