The Mufti who issued the fatwa demanding the Kashmir girl band 'Pragaash' disband, Maulana Bashir-ud-Din, tells women they should only sing at home, because by performing in public they are giving "bad signals" to men. He also tells girls they should always wear the veil, and that they are ultimately responsible for rape.
