Obama's Cash For Clunkers Has Harmed The Environment

Although Barack Obama's "Cash For Clunkers" programme did get many gas guzzlers off  U.S. roads and highways, which was one of its main goals, those who believed the programme actually helped the environment and economy are in for a rather rude awakening. It didn't help at all, in fact it has done more harm than good, according to a recent report.
