More than twenty one would-be-suicide bombers and terrorists from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria had an early date with "death" when the suicide vest their teacher was using to demonstrate its use forgot to make sure there was no live ammunition. So, boom, and bye-bye. They were being instructed on how to make car bombs somewhere outside of Baghdad. About 22 were arrested, 12 of whom were wounded and 10 who were captured as they tried to escape.
Ah, poetic justice and karma rolled into one.
More here, and here.

Myanmar- Two Child Policy For Muslim Minority Rohingya
This is interesting: Myanmar (fka Burma) has instituted a two-child policy for their Muslim Rohingya minority population. They're the ones who have recently been targeted by Buddhists. Apparently, it's to ease tensions between the two.
A local official said Saturday that the new measure would be applied to two townships that border Bangladesh and have the highest Muslim population in Rakhine.
State spokesman Win Myaing said the measure was enacted a week ago after a government-appointed commission recommended family planning programs to help ease tensions in the volatile region.
Sectarian violence in Myanmar first flared nearly a year ago in Rakhine between the region's Rakhine Buddhists and Muslim Rohingya. Mobs of Buddhists armed with machetes razed thousands of Muslim homes, leaving hundreds dead and forcing 125,000 people to flee, mostly Muslims.I don't condone violence of any nature, but it's almost karmic.

Fired! Liberal Chik-fil-A Bully Loses Job As CFO
Adam Smith, who mercilessly harassed a Chik-fil-A employee (and stupidly taped himself doing so) has been fired from his job as CFO and Treasurer of Vante, a medical equipment company in Tucson, Arizona.
Also an adjunct professor at Eller College in Tucson, it looks like he's no longer working there either.
Oops.
He could have made his 'statement' without being nasty and disparaging.
Karma's a b$#tch, as they say.
Vante regrets the unfortunate events that transpired yesterday in Tucson between our former CFO/Treasurer Adam Smith and an employee at Chick-fil-A. Effective immediately, Mr. Smith is no longer an employee of our company.
The actions of Mr. Smith do not reflect our corporate values in any manner. Vante is an equal opportunity company with a diverse workforce, which holds diverse opinions. We respect the right of our employees and all Americans to hold and express their personal opinions, however, we also expect our company officers to behave in a manner commensurate with their position and in a respectful fashion that conveys these values of civility with others.
We hope that the general population does not hold Mr. Smith’s actions against Vante and its employees.
