Aussie 60 Minutes Video- Europe's Migrant Crisis, Crew Attacked In Sweden

An eye opening Australian "60 Minutes" segment about the catastrophic European refugee/migrant crisis.

I'm not sure when this aired, but it states that Sweden took in 165,000 refugees the prior year- as a result the country is on the brink of an economic and cultural disaster. There are currently 55 no go zones in Sweden, areas where police are forced to escort ambulances to ensure their safety. Just how unsafe is it?  In one suburb of Stockholm, inhabited by mostly Somali Muslims, some punk ran down the 60 minutes cameraman, then later the crew was attacked by a bunch of masked young African men.

Sweden's humanitarian and welfare state is coming back to bite them in their butts. Big time.

Sweden Headed For The Cliff Due To Immigration Policy- Video Interview With Economist

An interview with Tino Sanandaji- a Swedish economic researcher from an immigrant family- paints a drastic picture of the future for Sweden, given its current immigration policy.

Sanandaji has a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago and is a contributor to National Review. He is a research fellow at the Research Institute of Industrial Economics in Stockholm. His family is Kurdish and came to Sweden from Iran. This interview was conducted in November, 2014.

Around 300 Swedes Fighting With ISIS In Syria

It's estimated that around 300 Swedish citizens are now fighting with the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), and the numbers are increasing:

“A hundred cases of people who have left to join the fighting have been confirmed, then there are the presumed cases..., and then there are those that have not been counted, which brings the total to between 250 and 300,” said the head of the intelligence services, Anders Thornberg, on SR public radio.

Thornberg said the flow of youths leaving to become militants in Syria was rapidly rising.

“A certain number of young Swedish men are leaving and training in camps, learning to become terrorists to use explosives and weapons.” he said.

The fear is what happens when these radicalized jihadists return home.

There are around 3,000 European ISIS fighters.  That's a small but powerful army.

Europe should be scared.

Swedish Women Campaign For Muslim Rights By Donning Hijabs

One Swedish Muslim woman allegedly has her hijab ripped off her head, and it prompts a campaign for Muslim rights.

Swedish women posted photos of themselves online in traditional Muslim headscarves this week, in solidarity with a woman apparently attacked for wearing such a head covering, reported the BBC on Thursday.

Using the hashtag #hijabuppropet, which translates to mean “hijab outcry,” a number of women in the country published pictures of themselves on Twitter and other social media websites.

The women taking part in the show of support were from various faiths and included some high profile campaigners; politicians Asa Romson and Veronica Palm as well as TV host Gina Dirawi.

The women said they wanted to draw attention to the “discrimination that affects Muslim women” in Sweden, reported the BBC.

Now I do not advocate violence- the woman apparently had to be taken to the hospital after having her head, allegedly, slammed into a car- but where is the outcry for all the attacks against the Jewish population in Sweden?  There are a slew of articles about the escalating violence against Jews, and nothing is being done about that.

Anti-Semitic attacks have tripled in Malmö, a Muslim enclave, since 2010.

Swedish Femen Enter Mosque Bare-Breasted

Several members of Femen, including famous Egyptian exile Aliaa Elmahdy, walked into a Stockholm mosque, dropped their burqa-like outfits, and treated the Muslim congregation to their bare breasts.

At 11 o’clock on Saturday, [they came] into the Stockholm mosque [in] Södermalm, threw [their] clothes [away, and,] with clenched fists in the air, they shouted in English:… “No to Sharia! No to oppression! Free women!”

The three women were arrested, but later released.

Lars Vilks Has More Mohammed Drawings To Exhibit, In Spite Of Death Threats

Swedish artist and sculptor Lars Vilk- who gained international notoriety for  pushing the limits of freedom of expression by drawing  the head of the Prophet Mohammed on the body of a dog in 2007 and was subsequently targeted for death by offended Muslims, and was then attacked at a lecture on freedom of speech in 2010- has some new paintings of Mohammad ready to exhibit.  The exhibition is set for July this year, in Malmö, Sweden- a city that is heavily populated by Muslims. Vilks believes:

"It's important to continue because if you yield to the threats and back away, you have abandoned the democratic principle."

His Mohammed dog drawing was published in 2007 along with an editorial on freedom of expression in the Swedish paper Nerikes Allehanda after several gallery exhibits pulled the Mohammed drawings because of security concerns.

His latest creations will still portray Mohammed with the body of a  dog, but this time:

 ...in famous works by artists including Claude Monet, Peter Paul Rubens and Anders Zorn.

It was "hard to tell" whether the July exhibition at a gallery in Sweden's third largest city, Malmoe, would prompt more protests and threats, he said.

"At some point this has to be over and done with," he said.

That is, if the gallery doesn't pull the exhibit. And unfortunately, I think it will be a very long time before it's ever over and done with.

He's certainly a courageous man, but I suppose things can't get any worse since he's already received death threats, and was the intended target of  American Colleen LaRose, aka Fatima LaRose, aka "Jihad Jane"- one of seven jihadists who  planned on killing Vilks in 2009.

 We'll see what destruction ensues if they do get exhibited.

Algerian-Swedish TV Host Condemns "The Rotten Ethics" Of Western Muslims

Powerful indictment against Muslims in the West by a Muslim living in Sweden:

He claims that approximately 80% of Muslims in Europe are on welfare and many, including Mosque leaders, are perpetrating welfare fraud. He cites Sweden as an example where there are 500 Islamic associations compared to 1 Jewish association, and accuses every Mosque in Europe of theft and fraud. He rails against the fake divorces in order to get free housing, that is then rented out, and the hypocrisy of Muslim rapists and drug leaders in jail who insist on halal meals, and the bearded ones killing other Muslims in the name of Allah.

He then asks some bearded Muslim on the show "What do you expect from the West when it's exposed to such rotten ethics?"

Indeed, what do you expect?

Iranian Man In Sweden Charged With Cutting Off And Eating Wife's Lip

I was reading an article on Jezebel about a 52-year-old 'Swedish' professor who sliced off his wife's lower lip with a scalpel and then feasted on it after she asked him for a divorce. He even waited until she was asleep to savage her.  And though there was no mention of nationality, I immediately wondered if there might be some 'honor' revenge action going on here. The Jezebel article linked to a local online Swedish news source that also did not bother to mention names or nationality,  just more details including the fact that, according to the prosecutor Jakob Holmberg, the man who was a researcher at Karolinska Institute also slashed his wife's arms and:

"He did it so that she would never be able to kiss again and said 'I'll get four years, but you're getting a life sentence'."

Now that definitely sounds like an honor attack, but it wasn't until I started reading the comments that a picture started to emerge, and along with references to the researcher being Iranian my suspicions were confirmed. So I googled and lo and behold, it turns out said 'Swedish' researcher is an Iranian man who believed his young trophy wife was having an affair so he felt obliged to save his honor by injuring her for life.

"It was honour related. He doesn't seem to regret a thing. He believes she insulted him,” a source with information about the matter told the paper.

The assault was so brutal that the prosecutor tried to have him charged for an attempted murder. The court, however, sought to reduce the charge to aggravated assault.

Ingela Hessius Ekman, who is representing the victim, claimed that her client might have suffered irreparable damage.

“She has very serious injuries, doctors cannot yet determine whether she can be healed or not,” she told Aftonbladet.

“She's in a lot of pain,” Ekman said.

Ekman informed that the trial is due to commence at the beginning of July.

The man, who is from Iran, was doing post-Doctoral research at the Karolinska institute in 2010.

Though he is now employed with a university in Tehran, he still lived partly in Stockholm, where he collaborated with his old research group at the university, and used its email services and library through a ‘declaration of association.’

“It is, of course, a very tragic story,” said Bengt Norrving, the institute's director.

“But since the researcher in question is not an employee of Karolinska Institutet we are unable to consider legal action,” he added.

Four to ten years for a man who cannibalized his wife's lip? For real? This man should be locked up in a mental institute for the rest of his life. But it's interesting to note that the Swedish "The Local" didn't have the balls to mention it was an Iranian man or that it was an honor attack, and Jezebel didn't bother to research it further.

Swedish Mosques Tell Women "Don't Report Abusive Husbands"

According to a Sveriges Television (SVT) undercover investigative report on Swedish mosques, six out of ten told women to shut up about domestic abuse and said polygamy was acceptable. SVT sent off two women (along with hidden video cameras) to pose as abused wives for the programme "Uppdrag granskning". They were tasked with finding out the mosques' position on domestic abuse, marital rape and polygamy, posing as women with those various problems. Those six mosques told both of the women to not report the abuse to police and that they should have sex with their men regardless of whether they wanted to or not. Only two mosques advised the women to report the abuse, and only one mosque said that polygamy was not allowed, given Swedish laws against multiple marriages.
Of course, Hanne Josefsson (the host of the television programme), got very different responses from two of the mosques.

The chair of the Islamic Association in Uppsala claimed in the story that people should follow Swedish law.

When confronted by what the imam at the Uppsala mosque told the women, the Islamic leader explained that the imam had expressed his personal opinion in urging the women to forgive their abusive husbands rather than report them to police.

The imam with whom the woman met at the mosque in Stockholm defended polygamy and also advised against filing a police report about husbands who beat them.

He suggested instead that the women try to show their husbands more love.

"Don't refuse to give him love, because then he might change," said the imam.

Upon seeing the SVT report, however, the board of the Islamic Association in Stockholm (Islamiska förbundet Stockholm) decided to suspend the imam immediately and launch an internal investigation.

"This is a clear breach of Swedish law and they commit professional misconduct in their capacities as imams and associations," Mohammad Fazlhashemi, a professor and author of books on Muslim intellectual history, told the TT news agency.

Fazlhashemi, who also appears in the SVT report, has reviewed a written transcript of the advice given to the women.

"What these men are saying to the woman violates their human rights. The men demean and insult the women when they say 'you need to tolerate that these men hit you'," said Fazlhashemi.

He is highly critical of the imams featured in the SVT report for not following Swedish law.

"Considering the fact that the mosques have received state funding, they have also committed to following Swedish law and the basic principles of democracy," he said.

Fazlhashemi describes the Muslim leaders featured in the piece as "conservative, letter of the law traditionalists".

"Now it's time for some housecleaning. They need to weed out the bad seeds," he said.

Fazlhashemi, who is also a Muslim, expressed concerns that such outdated mosque representatives benefit Muslim-haters and the far-right Sweden Democrats.

"They confirm the negative picture of Muslims. It's a real shame that they confirm the prejudices that Islamophobes have," he said.

We wouldn't have those prejudices, if this kind of  behaviour didn't exist. This is probably going on behind mosque walls all over the West, and more than likely in England, where Sharia law is allowed.
