An Ex-Muslim's Message To Obama Regarding ISIS

In a video address to Barack Obama, Brother Rachid- a Moroccan-born former Muslim turned Christian, whose father is still an Imam- explains that ISIL aka ISIS now known as Islamic State (IS) along with al-Qaeda, Boko Haram, the Taliban, al-Shabaab and all the other Muslim terrorist groups that exist throughout the world are not an aberration, but are closely following the teachings of Mohammad, from the way they dress to their penchant for beheading.

He talks about how as a young boy he was taught to hate all non-Muslims, especially the Jews and Christians.

"ISIL speaks for Islam."
He tells Obama that

"unless the Muslim world deals with Islam and separates religion from state, we will never end this cycle.  Until you deal with the root of the problem, we'll be just dealing with the symptoms. ISIL is just one symptom, if it disappears other ISILS will be born under different names."

Video here.

He has some interesting things to say, but really no solutions. But are there any?

Bush Predicted What Is Now Happening In Iraq Back In 2007

George W Bush predicted what is currently happening in Iraq today - back in July, 2007.

He had ordered a surge, others recommended withdrawal. This is what he said in response.

"Ban Peppa Pig" By UK Muslim Was A Joke

A parody video by a British Muslim on Youtube has caused quite a stir.  His Youtube channel quite clearly states BritishMuslim Comedy, but United Midlands posted the video on its Youtube channel and now many people think he's for real.

In the video Zayn Sheikh talks about how his 6-year-old son wants to become a pig instead of a doctor after watching the cartoon "Peppa Pig", so now he wants it banned from the UK airwaves. He even, allegedly, set up a Facebook page Muslims Against Peppa Pig (though I'm not sure this is the original page) which spawned a slew of  "Peppa Pig Against Muslims" pages.  The whole story sounded a tad suspect when I read about it on Al Arabiya, which linked to an article on the Mirror UK. In one sentence, at the end of the article, the Mirror does mention that some think it to be a spoof, which it clearly is, but seems to dismiss that possibility. Al Arabiya doesn't even mention the possibility.

In the video Sheikh says:

“Some of you, right, might have seen this abominable creature before, right, this Peppa Pig. Haram pig."

“As Muslims it is very important that we do not eat meat of the pork,” he explains.

“It is completely wrong that our kids are being shown these things on TV and my son ... he wants to be a pig now.”

“I think that we need to change this so I'm going to set up a Facebook group, ‘Muslims against Peppa Pig,’ and instead, because children still need cartoons to develop their minds, I propose we introduce Abdullah the cat.”
That's pretty wacky, and I know that Muslims have demanded some pretty wacky things, but this just seemed pretty odd. So I watched the video, and it all seemed very tongue in cheek, including a not-so-great unidentifiable dialect, and quite obviously a joke. Even the haram pig sign is indicative of a lack of seriousness. Then I started looking at the comments, and though the bulk of them were condemnations, there were a few people claiming the video was satire. One person linked to the original video, which proved indeed that it was a parody.

There are two videos on BritishMuslim Comedy channel: "Dangers of Peppa Pig To Muslim Children [Parody]" with this disclaimer

DISCLAIMER: This video is obviously a parody. I have NOT made the page 'Muslims Against Peppa Pig' or any other Facebook pages of the sort. For those of you who have got offended; don't reproduce. This country's possible future downfall is 1 million times more likely be down to the rapid multiplication of the mentally deficient like you who have failed to spot the satire rather than immigrants who have been unlucky in the accident of birth and have since then decided to move here for better prospects (just like you would in their shoes).
He obviously added the disclaimer after the hubbub, since it was originally uploaded in June.  And he just uploaded another video addressing the hubbub, where he eventually speaks with his normal Brit dialect.

I realize that Muslims can demand some pretty ludicrous things, and there have been some ridiculous laughable fatwas, but when something seems so far out, it usually winds up being bogus. Like this.

The Lunacy Of Common Core- Math

Math was hard enough growing up, but this Common Core crap is ridiculous. I use my fingers or a calculator to add up. I don't need to know the deep, hidden meaning of why 5 + 4 = 9, and the complicated method with which Common Core teaches you how to add and subtract.  It's ludicrous.

Take a look at the video below. Why complicate matters. You mean to tell me someone is going to go through that whole long-winded process to figure out what 9 + 6 is?

Decomposing?? Anchoring??

What the heck?

Most people use calculators as adults. Who cares why 9 + 6 = 15 using the base 10, and a piece of paper.

Ridiculous.

And here's how to subtract.

Hamas Shot Fatah Members In The Legs During Gaza War

Not surprising, but according to Adnan Al-Damiri- spokesman for the Palestinian Authority Security Forces- Hamas shot Fatah members during the recent Gaza War.

"Regarding our brothers from Fatah who were placed under house arrest during the battles and aggression [in the Gaza Strip], some of them are wounded and hospitalized in the West Bank and refuse to speak, because they’re scared and want to return to their homes. Their legs were wounded by Hamas. Yes. They violated their house arrest and so were shot in the legs."

Missing Libyan Jetliners Could Be Used In Suicide Attacks

Islamist militias are currently battling over which group will take over Libya. They've already seized control of the capital, Tripoli, and they have control over the international airport there.  Including, allegedly, around 12 commercial jetliners.  Now western counter-terrorism folk are worried about what might happen when terrorists have in their possession  a dozen planes, especially with 9/11 fast approaching.

Intelligence reports of the stolen jetliners were distributed within the U.S. government over the past two weeks and included a warning that one or more of the aircraft could be used in an attack later this month on the date marking the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks against New York and Washington, said U.S. officials familiar with the reports.
“There are a number of commercial airliners in Libya that are missing,” said one official. “We found out on September 11 what can happen with hijacked planes.”
Nothing has officially been confirmed.

Former Female Brit Rocker Mum Joins ISIS- Threatens To Behead Christians

This middle-aged British former would-be-rocker Sally Jones, married a 20-year-old former computer hacker-turned-jihadist, and now they're happily frolicking in Syria with their ISIS buddies, making threats against Kaafirs.

Apparently Jones, 52, now called Sakinah Hussain, married Junaid Hussain after an online romance. Junaid is said to be instrumental in the beheading of journalist James Foley.

The Muslim convert, also a mother of two boys left behind in the United Kingdom, now calls herself Sakinah Hussain and dons a Burka, as seen on a Twitter account attributed to her.[snip]Unemployed and living on state benefits, Jones is infamous amongst her neighbors who have described her as “very scatty.”
“...Everything was always a drama. Her language wasn’t good, her children were unruly and she was extremely loud. Men came and went but she lived mainly as a single mum with her two boys,” one neighbor told the British daily.
“She was a nightmare…Everything about her was extreme. She had problems with debts so one minute she was there, the next she’d scarpered. She started to go through a phase of thinking she was a witch,” another neighbor said.

From rocker to loose woman to witch to radical Islamist.  Think she might have some major psychological issues going for her. Before packing up and moving to Raqqa, Syria, the Muslim convert was part of an unsuccessful all-girl band called Krunch in the 1990s.

Last night her Twitter account- UmmHussainAlBritani @UmmHussain101-  was active, today they are protected.  The slew of criticism was probably too much for the cow.

Some of her Tweets included:

My husband is away at training camp at the moment refreshing his 'kaafir killing skills' ...Don't all cry though he'll be back soon.
“You Christians all need beheading with a nice blunt knife and stuck on the railings at Raqqa... Come here I’ll do it for you!” a tweet she posted a few days ago read that the Daily Mail said has been deleted.

I should have done a screen capture of her latest Tweets. With any hope, she'll meet her fate in Syria along with her hubby.

Muslim Doctor Offers To Pay Islamic Radicals To Leave Australia

Dr. Jamal Rifi, national finalist in Australia's Local Hero 2009, and founding member of the Christian Muslim Friendship Society, told Islamic extremists he'd "buy them a one-way ticket out of Australia." This was in response to the manager of Al-Risalah Islamic Center- Wissam Haddad- saying that he and his flock would

“give up their passports” if they could leave without “being incriminated”.
Haddad was responding to Australia's announcement regarding the implementation of a $64 million package to counter violent extremism and radicalization.

Dr. Rifi said:

“Let them give away their citizenship. These people are saying they want to go and relieve the oppressed Muslims overseas.
“Why would they care so much about the oppression of the Muslims overseas and through their actions and statements cause so much oppression and trouble to the Muslims in Australia?”

Haddad had spoken on a radio show and about leaving without incrimination and then posted on Facebook:

“So from what I’ve heard I have been depicted as a radical extremist lunitic (sic) who allegedly supports terror activity overseas, (news to me),” he posted on Facebook.

He then issued a challenge to the Australian government to charge Hadley and his listeners who wanted to fund his return to the Middle East.

“Will Ray and his friends be charged with incitement or with the new foreign incursions act I await your humble reply!” Mr Haddad posted on Facebook yesterday, adding in the same Facebook post: “Don’t run Ray”.

Hadley, who exclusively broke the story about the men wanting to revoke their citizenship, refused to be baited by the radicals when The Daily Telegraph contacted him about the post.

Mr Haddad also previously commented he would “live and die” for the Islamic flag not the Australian flag, which also shocked Dr Rifi.
Rifi's response:

“If given the option to fight for the Australian flag or the ISIS (Islamic State) flag I, without any hesitation, will choose the Australian flag because I totally believe ISIS and its ideology are the enemy of Islam."
"I am in touch with my community and I am talking in the voice of the majority.”
Good for Rifi.

But not many high-profile Muslims are willing to openly criticize extremists.  After all, they're usually threatened, as was Rifi himself. Back in early August Rifi was threatened by Islamic State jihadist Mohamed Elomar.
