Iran's President-Elect Tied To 1994 Argentinian Jewish Center Bombing?

While some consider Iran's President-elect Hassan Rohani a moderate, others don't.  He certainly wasn't some 20 years ago when his son committed suicide over his dad's extremism. And now there are allegations that he probably knew about and was part of the planning of the bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1994.
Iranian President-elect Hassan Rowhani was on the special Iranian government committee that plotted the 1994 bombing of a Jewish community center in Buenos Aires, according to an indictment by the Argentine government prosecutor investigating the case.

The AMIA bombing is considered the deadliest terrorist attack in Argentina’s history, killing 85 and wounding hundreds more. The Argentine government had accused the Iranian government of planning the attack and Iran’s terrorist proxy Hezbollah of carrying it out. Numerous former and current Iranian officials are wanted by Interpol in connection with the bombing.

Former Iranian intelligence official Abolghasem Mesbahi, who defected from Iran in the late 1990s, testified that the decision to launch the attack was made within a special operations committee connected to the powerful Supreme National Security Council in August 1993.

According to the 2006 indictment, Mesbahi testified that Rowhani, who was then serving as secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, was also a member of the special committee when it approved the AMIA bombing.

Nigerian Terror Cell Group Trained By Iranians Were To Target Israelis and Americans

Nigeria busted a terror cell group at the end of December that was allegedly set up and trained by Iranian agents to target high-profile Nigerians in addition to Israeli and American interests in that country.

The head of the cell, 50-year-old Nigerian Abdullahi Mustapha Berende, apparently has a masters degree from the University of Ilorin, but had also studied Shi'a Islam at the Imam Khomeini University  in Iran for 6 months in 2006. According to the spokesperson for the Nigerian State Security Service (SSS) Marilyn Ogar, Berende was also trained in weapons use by the Iranians.  Berende, who claims he now 'regrets his actions', recruited three others: Sulaiman Olayinka Saka, Saheed Aderemi Adewumi, both in custody, and Bunyamin Yusuf who is nowhere to be found.

Per The Times of Nigeria:

Ogar said that Berende, the local leader of the Shiite Sect in Ilorin, had been on the SSS radar for six months before he was eventually arrested through sustained covert operations by SSS operators on 17 December, 2012.

She further disclosed that Berende was also tasked by his Iranian handlers to provide names of prominent Nigerians who if attacked could unsettle the West.

Consequently, the SSS spokesperson said the suspect gave the names of former President Ibrahim Babangida and former Sultan of Sokoto, Ibrahim Dasuki respectively as targets of attack.

Berende also confessed to have made several suspicious trips to and from Iran where he interacted with some Iranian elements, known to operate a high-profile international terrorist network.

Ogar noted that 'on his return to Nigeria, Berende was invited by his handlers to Dubai for further briefing in April, 2012.

He confessed that his Iranian sponsors requested that he identifies and gathers intelligence on public places and prominent hotels frequented by Americans and Israelis to facilitate attacks.

He was also to provide specific details of targets including organizations like USAID, Max, Zim International Shipping Company, AA Consulting, Peace Corps and the Jewish Cultural centre [Chabad] in Lagos.
Ogar said:

“That his Iranian handlers directed him to secure their communication by using codes to represent the targets e.g Uncle [Israel], Aunt [America] among others; That Lagos was preferred because his handlers believed that the Israelis have an intelligence facility there that is used in spying on Iran; That his lieutenants successfully conducted surveillance and gathered relevant data on the mentioned targets preparatory to possible attacks; That he personally took photographs of the Israeli cultural centre in Ikoyi, Lagos, which he sent to his handlers; That he was asked to establish a small business in Lagos that will serve as a cover for his activities; That he received US$ 4,000 upon completion of his training; 3,500 Euros in April, 2012, at the meeting in Dubai; and US$ 20,000 out of which he was to use US$ 10,000 to relocate to Lagos, furnish his house and rent a shop for his business, US$ 5,000 to cover Visa processing expenses while the remaining US$ 5,000 was for his up-keep.'

The Iranian government has its evil little hands all over the place. And they call the U.S. "The Great Satan."

Bungling Iranian Terrorist Blows Off His Legs In Bangkok

The Iranians have been very busy targeting Israelis in foreign countries: Georgia, India, and now (more than likely) Thailand. Of course, they have denied any involvement in the bombings, and we should believe them because, after all, they don't lie. Remember, the assassination plot against the Saudi Ambassador to the U.S.?  All lies- until a source told Al Arabiya that the Revolutionary Guard was definitely involved

And although no-one is quite sure who the Bangkok targets were meant to be, Iranians can't deny it was one of their own since Saeid Moradi was caught red handed, although minus a few legs.

Moradi and two Iranian cohorts had been playing with bombs in their house when something happened and part of the roof  blew up.  The two cohorts escaped leaving a wounded Moradi behind.

According to Reuters, Police General Bansiri Prapapat told them

“He tried to wave down a taxi, but he was covered in blood, and the driver refused to take him.” He then threw an explosive at the taxi and began running.

Police who had been called to the area then tried to apprehend Moradi, who hurled a grenade to defend himself. “But somehow it bounced back” and blew off his legs, Pansiri said.
Oops.  A little instant karma there, since unfortunately four others were injured.

Pansiri claimed they found Moradi's "Iranian" passport, that Phuket was his point of entry on February 8, and that a bag was found with U.S. dollars, Iranian and Thai money.
A second suspect, Mohammad Hazaei, was apprehended at the international airport on his way to Malaysia. The third suspect is still at large.

Iran has remained mum regarding the Bangkok blasts. Guess you can't deny anything when it's quite clear the suspect is Iranian.

But I'm sure this won't be the end of the attacks, and Iran will continue to deny any involvement, if they can.
