Cindy Sheehan Hearts The Muslim Brotherhood
Crawling out from under some rock, Sheehan headed over to Egypt, this past Wednesday, to protest the military trials of some 40 members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Now, don't get me wrong, I am by no means a fan of Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak, who was ranked number 17 in Parade's "2008 Top 20" list of the world's worst dictators. Mubarak happens to jail bloggers who are critical of him. Egyptian blogger, Kareem Amer, was sentenced to 4 years in prison, on February 22nd 2007, for “inciting hatred of Islam” and for defaming Mubarak, and has been languishing in jail ever since.
But defending the Muslim Brotherhood? The same Muslim Brotherhood whose credo is:
Allah is our objective.
The messenger is our leader.
Quran is our law.
Jihad is our way.
Dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.
and main objectives are:
1- Building the Muslim individual: brother or sister with a strong body, high manners, cultured thought, ability to earn, strong faith, correct worship, conscious of time, of benefit to others, organized, and self-struggling character .
2- Building the Muslim family: choosing a good wife (husband), educating children Islamicaly, and inviting other families.
3- Building the Muslim society (thru building individuals and families)and addressing the problems of the society realistically.
4- Building the Muslim state.
5- Building the Khilafa (basically a shape of unity between the Islamic states).
6- Mastering the world with Islam.
Note their 6th objective: "Mastering the world with Islam."
For anyone who might not understand the true meaning of that sentence, I'll translate: we want the whole world to be Muslim, just like us.
And for those of you who might not be aware, the Muslim Brotherhood is not just active in the middle east, it is a global movement that has branches in over 70 countries, including the U.S. They've been here since the 1960s, and although they'd like to consider themselves moderates, they are far from it.
So, rather than appealing to Egypt's first lady Suzanne Mubarak for clemency for people who truly deserve support, like Kareem Amer, Cindy Sheehan was out there demonstrating for the Muslim Brotherhood 40, with their ties to terrorism. Frankly, I'm not surprised considering she's had tĂȘte a tĂȘtes with fellow loon Hugo Chavez, further proving her discernment faculties are sorely lacking. But, she can now add another credit to her to her ever increasing resume' of colossal acts of stupidity!
Thank you Cindy for constantly entertaining us with your foolishness.

Some Sharia Law OK for Brits According To Archbishop Of Canterbury
While I respect everyone's right to worship freely, it should be a personal practice, and not government dictated. There is one law, the law of the land (whichever land that might be) and adopting Sharia Law (or even aspects of it as Dr. Williams suggests) is not only idiotic but extremely dangerous. Westerners living in Islamic countries are expected to adhere to certain rules and regulations. Try walking around without a head scarf in Saudia Arabia, if you're a western woman. If a religious Muslim chooses to live in a western country, it is incumbent upon them to adapt to the laws, rules and regulations of their host country. Not the other way around. If they are so enamored of their customs (including Sharia Law) then they need to move back to whatever country they emigrated from, or accept the laws of their adopted land.
Pandering will only lead to the islamization of the west, and people like Dr. Williams and the Dutch Bishop of Breda are simply facilitating that.

On The Road Again
It's been a little crazy the past few weeks trying to set up my photography shop on etsy.com and packing etc. so I aplogize for being remiss with regards to blogging and visits, but once I get settled I will try to be better about it. I am being put up temporarily (for one week) in one place and then being moved elsewhere.. so it might be a few weeks, but I will continue to post when I feel compelled to.
Blessings to all,
Incog

Clinton Gets MSNBC Correspondent Suspended
Frankly, I'm tired of all her shenanigans- her faux tears, her inability to take the heat, or any criticism. Now she has had an MSNBC correspondent (David Shuster) suspended for commenting on how Hillary has "pimped out" her daughter Chelsea, by getting her to make phone calls on her behalf.
Okay- stupid comment, somewhat offensive, but it goes with the territory Hillary! You are always going to be criticized. That's what happens to those in power, particularly in government. And what happened to free speech, pray tell? Are we all going to be jailed because we criticize her if, God forbid, she happens to get elected?! I find that a terribly dangerous precedent. Not that I have any love for any of those ultra-liberal MSNBC correspondents. And is she going to throw a hissy fit because some foreign dignitary says something negative about her? Is this really what you all want? Because that's what you're going to get if you throw the election to her by not voting or actually voting for her, like Ann Coulter has threatened to do. There's a possibility that Obama might get the nomination, and we'd certainly have a more pleasant and stable person in Barack, but he's even more liberal than Hillary, so who wants that either.
Then we have the irresponsible Dr. Dobson throwing his support to Huckabee simply because he's a Christian, even though he's another Jimmy Carter and more liberal than McCain, in many ways. We're voting for a President not a preacher, as Karen at Pondering Penguin so eloquently put it, a while back.
Think about it folks, Obama, Clinton, Huckabee or McCain. I know who I'd prefer!

Clinton Tears Up- Again!
Here we go again- on the eve (well, morning) of a major electoral event Madame Hillary pulled out all stops and mustered up a little more emotion by allowing herself to tear up, for the 2nd time, in an attempt to show her tender, vulnerable side. Challenging when you're a shrill, ice-queen, so you have to give her kudos for that. But, she probably figured that if it worked once, it would work again. You remember, when she garnered all those "sistahhood" sympathy votes in New Hampshire. Women actually admitted that was why they voted for her.
Now, I have no problem with people getting emotional over something worthwhile: natural disasters that kill thousands, 9/11, but in this case, it was a reflex response to an old acquaintance, from her law school days, Penn Rhodeen, who happened to choke up while introducing her at some event. Do we really want someone who allows her hormonal, menopausal reactions to take control, rather than taking control of her hormonal, menopausal reactions?
I just find it very interesting that her emotional antics happen to occur the day prior to important elections. The first one might have been a coincidence- but sorry, this 2nd one had to be planned. And if true, we're in for some more waterworks. She's the Queen of Manipulation- but hopefully people won't fall for it this time.

No Respect For Life- Sunni Insurgents Use Mentally Retarded Women As Walking Bombs
So why should we be surprised that they would use 2 females with Down Syndrome as human bombs to blow up several popular pet markets, yesterday, in Baghdad. They used a disabled child as a suicide bomber back in 2005 on election day. So what's another 2 disabled people?! They're obviously dispensible in that religion. Then again, all life is dispensible in that religion. But to send off 2 women (who probably had no idea what they were doing and how they would end up) carrying boxes of birds to a market place, and then detonating them by remote control is probably one of the most despicable and heinous acts I have heard, to date. Apparently, they are turning to women to do the unthinkable because people are less likely to suspect the women. Besides, they can hide all those explosives under those tents of black they call dresses. Remember, men can't touch women in that society, so they're not searched.
They claim to be fighting the supposed "occupation", but why then target their own people? Civilians! In market places, oftentimes schools. Women and children, both victims and perpetrators.
For a religion that purports to be so God-centered, and adherents who purport to be so pious, I see not a shred of humanity. Frankly I'm sick of it, and I refuse to sugar coat it anymore.
