Tulsi Gabbard Is NOT A Friend of Conservatives

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend" comes from an ancient Sanskrit proverb that suggests enemies can come together to fight against a common enemy. We've seen this occur most notably during WW11 when Germany betrayed the Soviet Union's pact with the Nazis to divvy up the land between their borders. The Soviets in tandem with the U.S and Britain were instrumental in defeating the Nazis.

It happens quite often when it comes to foreign policy, but the enemy of my enemy is not always our friend- take Tulsi Gabbard. Kudos to her for giving Kamala Harris a pummeling during the 2nd Democratic Debate when she called Kamala out on her abysmal record during her tenure as California Attorney General.

"She put over 1,500 people in jail for marijuana violations, and then laughed about it when she was asked if she’d ever smoked marijuana. She blocked evidence that would have freed a man from death row until the courts forced her to do so. She kept people in prison beyond their sentences to use them as cheap labor for the state of California. And she fought to keep cash bail system in place that impacts poor people in the worst kind of way."

Boom.

And more kudos for giving Hillary Clinton a monumental smackdown in response to HC insinuating Tulsi is a "Russian asset" during a podcast interview with Campaign HQ's David Plouffe.

Hillary Clinton called Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard "the favourite of the Russians" in a recent interview while describing 2016 Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein as "a Russian asset."

During a podcast appearance this week on Campaign HQ with David Plouffe, the former secretary of state and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee did not mention the Hawaii congresswoman by name, but said she believes the Russians have "got their eye on somebody who's currently in the Democratic primary and are grooming her to be the third-party candidate." 

"She's the favourite of the Russians," Clinton said.

"They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far. And that's assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not because she's also a Russian asset."

The Russians know they can't win without a third-party candidate, Clinton added.

Tulsi responded on Twitter with the following:

And she's not the only one who believes Hillary has her eyes set on a third presidential run in 2020. There has been speculation from others including ex-aide Mark Penn who said as much back in November 2018. I certainly wouldn't be surprised, considering Clinton's power-hungry lifetime goal has always been to sit in the Oval Office. And it makes total sense calling Tulsi a favorite of the Russians. It's straight out of her playbook. After all, Clinton was the catalyst for the whole Russia/Trump collusion fiasco we've lived with for three unbearable years, and the subsequent rush by Democrats and their leftist supporters to call anyone they disagree with a Russian Bot or any variation thereof. So while I can understand why conservatives would come out in support of Tulsi after the Hillary hit- being called a Russian bot/asset or whatnot is irksome as hell- please remember Tulsi is NOT our friend. In many ways, she's as left as the rest of the Democratic presidential hopefuls.

If you haven't done your research I'll help you out a little. But here's her website for more in-depth information on all the issues, including teaming up with Bernie Sanders to raise the minimum wage, gun control, etc.

MEDICARE FOR ALL:  She's a co-sponsor of H.R.1384 - Medicare for All Act of 2019, which would provide universal health care to all Americans. Plus she's on the Medicare for All Caucus.

CLIMATE CHANGE: " Tulsi is a top leader in fighting for urgent action to address climate change." "I support the carbon neutrality goals of the Green New Deal and the awareness it has brought across the country on the critical issues of energy independence and the climate crisis.."

ABORTION RIGHTS:  She supports the right to choose.

And if that's not enough the website Progressive Army talks about just how progressive Tulsi is.

There might be some issues like her non-interventionist foreign policy stance that many conservatives might embrace, but other than that, she's not even a centrist.

Hillary Clinton Claims Corporations and Businesses Don't Create Jobs

In case you haven't seen it yet, here's where Hillary Clinton tells people at a Martha Coakley rally (the Democratic would-be governor) that businesses and corporations don't create jobs.

Talking about how her hubby Bill- while President in the 1990s- increased the minimum wage, and how she voted for the same thing as a U.S. Senator, and oodles of jobs were subsequently created, she said:

“Don’t let anybody tell you that raising the minimum wage will kill jobs." “They always say that.

Claiming trickle-down economics failed "rather spectacularly", she tells the crowd:

 “don’t let anybody tell you that it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs."

Uh, no?  Then who creates jobs, Hillary?

And this woman will probably run for president.  Eek.

She sort of clarifies here.

Hillary Clinton Explains To Anti-Israel Jon Stewart The Truth About The Situation In Gaza

I don't like Hillary Clinton, although I believe she would have been a much better president than Barack Obama, but she clearly explains to the pro-Pali, anti-Israel Jon Stewart the Gaza/Israel problem.

In an interview on his The Daily Show, Stewart tries to get Clinton to agree that he "the humanitarian crisis in Gaza is overwhelming, and that the world must do more for the people who are trapped by this conflict."  Hillary explains that they're trapped by a leadership that is "committed to resistance and violence," and "doesn't really want to make the situation too much better because that gives them a lot of leverage over the poor people in gaza."

Obama Argued Against Healthcare Mandate In 2008 In Debate With Clinton

In his own words- during a presidential debate in 2008 with Hillary Clinton in Ohio- then Senator Barack Obama argues against the healthcare mandate Clinton was pushing whereby individuals were to be fined for not purchasing insurance. This, as we know, is now part of Obama's Affordable Care Act.

Speaking of Clinton's mandate-which Obama claimed was the main difference between their healthcare plans:

"... she would force, in some fashion, individuals to purchase healthcare. If it was not affordable, she would still, presumably, force them to have it unless there is a hardship exemption as they have done in Massatusetts [sic]..."

Yes, he pronounced the "ch" in Massachusetts with a "t". And no, I'm not being petty, but the left skewered George W. Bush for mispronouncing nuclear, so fair is fair.

Breaking- Hillary Clinton Conveniently Won't Testify On Benghazi Due To Concussion

Hillary Clinton collapsed and suffered a concussion? Really? How convenient. Now 'm not one to buy into conspiracy theories, but it seems rather odd that she will now not have to testify on the Benghazi terror attack incident before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee as scheduled next week.

Yes, I know she was sick last week, or so she said, so a trip abroad was also cancelled. But it's all very strange.

The State Department said Saturday that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton fainted and suffered a concussion, but did not specify when that happened or the circumstances surrounding the incident.

She will not testify this week before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee about the Sept. 11 attacks on Benghazi as scheduled, a Senate aide said.

Clinton, 65, cancelled a trip to the Middle East and North Africa earlier this week because she had been suffering from a stomach flu.

Clinton’s fainting episode took place earlier this week, State spokesman Philippe Reines said Saturday, although he did give additional details. On Thursday, asked by POLITICO during the day if she’d been hospitalized, Reines responded only that evening that she had seen her doctors and was home, without additional details. He said Saturday she was not and never had been hospitalized.

Reines did not respond to questions about why Clinton’s fainting was not disclosed sooner.
According to Reines’s Saturday statement, Clinton fainted while she was dehydrated and suffered a concussion when she fell. She is now recovering at home and is being attended to by doctors, he said.

I still think she took the fall for Barack Obama on Benghazi, and both know far more about dropping the ball than they are willing to admit.

That said, I wish her a speedy recovery.

Mark Steyn's Take On The Benghazi Attack

As always, Mark Steyn is spot on regarding the whole Benghazi incident: how it even happened in the first place, and how Barack Obama and the administration handled the aftermath.

In his article "Disgrace in Benghazi" he makes some very astute observations about the ineptitude of our current leadership. He asks why Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and General Martin Dempsey initially tried to mislead the world into thinking it had more to do with a spontaneous violent reaction to the anti-Islam film rather than a planned terrorist attack:

One can understand why they might do this, given the fiasco in Libya. The men who organized this attack knew the ambassador would be at the consulate in Benghazi rather than at the embassy in Tripoli. How did that happen? They knew when he had been moved from the consulate to a “safe house,” and switched their attentions accordingly. How did that happen? The United States government lost track of its ambassador for ten hours. How did that happen? Perhaps, when they’ve investigated Mitt Romney’s press release for another three or four weeks, the court eunuchs of the American media might like to look into some of these fascinating questions, instead of leaving the only interesting reporting on an American story to the foreign press.

How did that happen? Embassies in any region with Muslim majorities should be heavily fortified, especially in countries that are being led by Islamists or have militants in their midst, which is pretty much most of them. And I still want to know how the safe house was discovered.

He is also highly critical of how Barack Obama was more concerned with his celebrity status, and his campaign than dealing with this totally avoidable tragedy in the appropriate manner.

The president is too lazy and cocksure to have learned any prepared remarks or mastered the appropriate tone, notwithstanding that a government that spends more money than any government in the history of the planet has ever spent can surely provide him with both a speechwriting team and a quiet corner on his private wide-bodied jet to consider what might be fitting for the occasion. So instead he sloughs off the words, bloodless and unfelt: “And obviously our hearts are broken . . . ” Yeah, it’s totally obvious.

And he’s even more drunk on his celebrity than the fanbois, so in his slapdashery he winds up comparing the sacrifice of a diplomat lynched by a pack of savages with the enthusiasm of his own campaign bobbysoxers. No, no, says the Broadway director; that’s too crude, too ham-fisted. How about the crowd is cheering and distracted, but he’s the president, he understands the gravity of the hour, and he’s the greatest orator of his generation, so he’s thought about what he’s going to say, and it takes a few moments but his words are so moving that they still the cheers of the fanbois, and at the end there’s complete silence and a few muffled sobs, and even in party-town they understand the sacrifice and loss of their compatriots on the other side of the world.


But no, that would be an utterly fantastical America. In the real America, the president is too busy to attend the security briefing on the morning after a national debacle, but he does have time to do Letterman and appear on a hip-hop radio show hosted by “The Pimp with a Limp.” In the real State Department, the U.S. embassy in Cairo is guarded by Marines with no ammunition, but they do enjoy the soft-power muscle of a Foreign Service officer, one Lloyd Schwartz, tweeting frenziedly into cyberspace (including a whole chain directed at my own Twitter handle, for some reason) about how America deplores insensitive people who are so insensitively insensitive that they don’t respectfully respect all religions equally respectfully and sensitively, even as the raging mob is pouring through the gates.

And he wonders at the administrations total lack of concern that "sensitive" papers were taken from the Benghazi compound, papers which more than likely list Libyans who have been helpful to the U.S. We all know what happened to that doctor who led us to Osama Bin Laden. Rotting now in a Pakistani jail because we threw him under the bus.

UPDATE: The 13 Minute Anti-Islam Film Trailer That Sparked The Latest Muslim Carnage

UPDATE 9/12/12: The true nationality of filmmaker "Sam Bacile", and the amount spent on the film has been called into question.  The Israel government have never heard of him, nor is there any record of him in California. Furthermore, according to the film's consultant Steve Klein, Bacile is not even a real person and definitely not Jewish or Israeli. The name is actually a pseudonym for a group of Evangelical and Coptic Christians from that region. The Atlantic Wire has more information.  If true, and I'm sure we haven't heard the last of it, trying to pawn off the controversy on an 'Israeli Jew' is reprehensible and totally unforgivable. If you are going to make an anti-Islam film, then have the courage to own it. As if the Israelis don't have enough problems. Truly shameful!

The anti-Islam film that sparked the protests in both Egypt and Libya along with the murder of the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, Christopher Stevens and three other Americans, was not- as previously reported by major news outlets- a U.S. Coptic Christian production. It was allegedly written and directed by a 56-year-old California-based Israeli Jewish filmmaker/real estate developer, Sam Bacile, who is now in hiding, who believes "Islam is a cancer".

"Innocence of Muslims" is an offensive, badly acted two-hour movie (if the 13 minute trailer below is any indication), that unbelievably cost $5 million to produce. In the 13 minutes Mohammed is exposed as a pedophile, womanizer, fraud and gay, among other things. Who knows what audience members have in store for them during the full two hours.

According to Washington Times, Bacile apologized for the death of Ambassador Stevens, but rightfully placed blame on the murdering thugs and the lack of security at the embassies.

“I feel the security system (at the embassies) is no good,” said Bacile. “America should do something to change it.”

And he's probably right. I don't recall there ever being more than a few marine guards on duty at one time at the embassies and consulates in the countries we lived in. Perhaps there are more stationed in a volatile region like the Middle East, and if there had been a warning the number would have increased, but certainly not enough to stave off an attack by a mob of angry Muslims. And apparently the local Libyan security officers bailed, like cowards, when the attack commenced.

I also blame the Islamist governments that are fostering and encouraging extremism in those countries, and were probably somehow complicit. How was a "safehouse" in Libya attacked without it being an inside job?

"It was supposed to be a secret place and we were surprised the armed groups knew about it. There was shooting," Sharif said. Two U.S. personnel were killed there, he said. Two other people were killed at the main consular building and between 12 and 17 wounded.

And how interesting that they chose 9/11 to demonstrate.  The film was shot last summer, so they had plenty of time to protest , but obviously chose this particular day for a reason.

Although the trailer is in English, it was also stupidly dubbed into Arabic to inspire all those violence-prone Arabs to action.

Obama and Clinton have condemned the killings: Obama calling it an "outrageous act", and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton placing the blame on a  "small savage group", not the people or government of Libya.  Savage? Yes. Small?  I doubt it. And talk about ingrates. We helped rid their country of a tyrant through training, weapons and money, and this is what we get in return?  Similarly, the Egyptians have received almost $2 billion in military and economic aid since 1979. I think that needs to stop. Now.

If the film was aiming at satire, it failed. Miserably. And offensive as it is, killing people over it is even more offensive.  These people are just proving what savages they are, and will only succeed in making Westerners less tolerant of their supremely intolerant religion. Some would like to excuse the actions of a few so-called extremists, but many of the Egyptian protesters were soccer fans, not your typical bearded Islamists. That is inexcusable. Killing people because you are offended is inexcusable.

Bill Clinton and The Porn Stars At Monaco Bash

While Hillary Clinton is out doing her Secretary of State thing, hubby Bill is hanging out with x-rated movie stars in Monte Carlo. I actually find that terribly amusing, considering he might or might not have been aware that they were.

Apparently Bill and the porn stars, Brooklyn Lee and Tasha Reign (the ones cozying up to him), were at the same celebrity fundraising soiree "Nights In Monaco" that he was co-hosting when they had their photo taken together. Lee then posted the pic to her 85,000 plus followers on her Twitter account, and once again he's the butt of jokes around the world. The English rag "The Sun" seems to think Bill might be in deep doodoo with wife Hillary, but that's doubtful. She couldn't care less what he does. She obviously never has.

Lee did apologize on Twitter for all the hubbub the photo has created, but I'm sure she's thrilled that her name is now a household name outside of her 'industry'.

Brooklyn Lee is an award winning (Best New Starlet and Best Sex Scene in "Mission Asspossible") and has starred in  such notable films as "Babysitter Diaries 5" and "Secretaries 4". Tasha is the star of " Baby Got Boobs 8" and "Farm Girls Gone Bad."

Way to go Bill.

He has absolutely no sense of decorum.

The Thrill Is Gone: Former Democratic Pollsters Tell Obama Not To Run For 2nd Term

Although most of my colleagues in the entertainment industry are still thoroughly enamored of Barack Obama, there are people out there who have shifted their opinions regarding his worthiness as President.

Take Douglas E. Schoen and Patrick H. Caddell-  though now critics of the Democratic Party in its current incarnation, they are former Democratic Pollsters who believe Obama should jump ship and let Hillary Clinton take over as party candidate. They believe that if Harry Truman and Lyndon B Johnson could do it, so should Obama.

“He should abandon his candidacy for re-election in favor of a clear alternative, one capable not only of saving the Democratic Party, but more important, of governing effectively and in a way that preserves the most important of the president's accomplishments. He should step aside for the one candidate who would become, by acclamation, the nominee of the Democratic Party: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton,”Caddell and Schoen wrote.


“One year ago in these pages, we warned that if President Obama continued down his overly partisan road, the nation would be ‘guaranteed two years of political gridlock at a time when we can ill afford it.’ The result has been exactly as we predicted: stalemate in Washington, fights over the debt ceiling, an inability to tackle the debt and deficit, and paralysis exacerbating market turmoil and economic decline."

But this isn't recent dissatisfaction, with the Commander-in-Chief, they felt the same way about Obama back in November 2010 when they wrote:

 “.... we believe, that the president has largely lost the consent of the governed.” 

Then there's Chris 'Tingles' Matthews who once sweet on Obama, now seems to have soured on his object of adoration .



Of course, Obama's narcissistic nature would never allow him to give up the potential for a second term, which is probably just as well since Hillary Clinton would be a formidable opponent to all our potential candidates.

In Their Own Words- Biden and Clinton Say "No Way. No How. NObama"

What do Joe Biden and Hillary Clinton have in common? Both have seriously dissed Barack Obama, claiming he's NOT "ready" to serve as Commander In Chief (which he isn't!), and both have been highly complimentary of John McCain. Doesn't seem to matter to them, though, that they've backtracked and are now on the Obamawagon. Thankfully, McCain has capitalized on this, and the following ads simply demonstrate how the Dems are far more interested in party unity and their own interests, rather than the higher interests of their country.


I forced myself to watch Hillary's speech at the DNC tonight, and if it wasn't for the few mentions of Obama, and her unconvincing pleas to support him, one would have thought it was she who had won the Democratic nomination. Tonight was the Hillary show (and Michelle O was none too pleased), but it was all flash with no substance, down to her Orange pantsuit- the colour most likley to make her pop against the blue backdrop. Someone did her homework. Her self-aggrandizing speech mentioned nothing about Obama's character (which is sorely lacking) and merely asked her followers to support him because she was. All prep for a 2012 run.

Hillary at one point said, "No Way. No How. No McCain." But that little catchy phrase lends itself more to "No Way. No How. NObama!!" and both Clinton and Biden have said as much.

The Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Denver, Colorado commences today with the saviour of the world Barack Obama as the revered guest of honour. But in addition to Barry Hussein, his veep Joe "no-one wanted as Prez to begin with" Biden, the jilted Clintons (including daughter Chelsea) and other lefty notables, it looks like all the other usual suspects will be in attendance, as well. Yes, those career protesters who revel in the thought of having their posteriors dragged off to jail, because they have nothing better or more constructive to do with their lives; and most of whom are trying to relive the glory "give peace a chance" days of the 1960s. From aging hippies to young wannabees, to your generic lefties and typical anti-war activists, to anarchists and militant Blacks, Recreate68 is hosting a ragtag group of speakers and musical entertainment to demonstrate to the world their dissatisfaction with the U.S. as it is today. Although they claim that they are not looking to recreate the chaos and violence that erupted during the 1968 DNC, their decision to use "recreate68" as their motto, shows a clear lack of wisdom, typical of the left field.

And can anyone guess who is making a guest appearance as one of the speakers at the recreate68 protest-fest? Yes, indeedy, the Queen of the Moonbats herself, Mizz Cyndy Sheehan, is joining in all the fun. Did anyone truly think she would miss out on this photo op?!

A No Vote Or A Barr Vote Equals An Obama Vote- Incognito Officially Endorses McCain

Although I have been away from blogging for about a month, preoccupied with other issues, I was fully aware of the bitter fight between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama up until la Hillary finally tabled her presidential bid. You have to admit, she did put up a valiant fight, kicking and screaming to the bitter end. Frankly, I did not think she would let go of that bone so easily, but, no doubt, that devious little mind of hers has ulterior motives, the least of which is becoming Obama's running mate, and with her sight set on 2012. This from the same woman who claimed she and Republican nominee John McCain were better equipped to lead this country. Obama would be an idiot to choose her, considering that comment would inevitably come back to bite them both in their proverbial butts.

So, with Clinton safely out of the picture, the putative Democratic candidate is Barack "Hussein" Obama, the most leftist-leaning senator in our government. A man with major radical-left ties, and virtually no experience outside of his 4 year term as State Senator Illinois (1997-2004), and his current tenure as Junior Senator from Illinois (2005-present). And how much of that time has been occupied with campaigning for his presidential candidacy?

Regardless, of what you might think of John McCain, and many in the Republican Party find fault with him including yours truly, BUT, there is NO way I would trust Obama to lead this country during these extremely trying times.

So, I am officially endorsing John McCain for President because the alternative is unthinkable.

And, for those of you who think that voting for Bob Barr, or not voting at all is the best course of action, remember those votes, or lack thereof, are votes for Obama. And if he happens to win, and this great country is led to ruin, you will have only yourselves to blame, along with all those other lemmings duped by his messianic message of change. No complaints allowed, but at least I won't have that burden on my conscience, and I will complain loud and hard.

So, according to Judicial Watch, a conservative, non-partisan, non-profit educational foundation, the “Ten Most Wanted Corrupt Politicians” in the U.S. for 2007 were:

1. Rep. John Conyers (D-MI)
2. Senator Larry Craig (R-ID)
3. Senator Diane Feinstein (D-CA)
4. Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R-NY)
5. Governor Mike Huckabee (R-AR)
6. I. Lewis “Scooter” Libby
7. Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA)
8. Senator Harry Reid (D-NV)

AND both of the current Presidential candidates for the Democratic Party:

Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY): In addition to her long and sordid ethics record, Senator Hillary Clinton took a lot of heat in 2007 – and rightly so – for blocking the release her official White House records. Many suspect these records contain a treasure trove of information related to her role in a number of serious Clinton-era scandals. Moreover, in March 2007, Judicial Watch filed an ethics complaint against Senator Clinton for filing false financial disclosure forms with the U.S. Senate (again). And Hillary’s top campaign contributor, Norman Hsu, was exposed as a felon and a fugitive from justice in 2007. Hsu pleaded guilt to one count of grand theft for defrauding investors as part of a multi-million dollar Ponzi scheme.

10. Senator Barack Obama (D-IL): A “Dishonorable Mention” last year, Senator Obama moves onto the “ten most wanted” list in 2007. In 2006, it was discovered that Obama was involved in a suspicious real estate deal with an indicted political fundraiser, Antoin “Tony” Rezko. In 2007, more reports surfaced of deeper and suspicious business and political connections It was reported that just two months after he joined the Senate, Obama purchased $50,000 worth of stock in speculative companies whose major investors were his biggest campaign contributors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that benefited from legislation Obama pushed just two weeks after the senator purchased $5,000 of the company’s shares. Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law.

And there is a 50/50 chance (once the Democrats finally choose their nominee) that either Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton will be the next President of the U.S.A.

How embarrassing is that?

The Difference Between McCain, Obama and Clinton

This is a variation of "the difference between Republicans and the Democrats", but considering we are in a crucial election year, I thought it was very important to publish.

John McCain, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama were walking down a
Washington DC street when they came upon a homeless man. John McCain, gave the man his business card and told him to come to his office for a job. He then took $20.00 out of his pocket and gave it to the man.

Hillary was very impressed, so when they came upon another homeless
man, she decided to help. She walked over to him and gave him directions to the welfare office. She then reached into John McCain's pocket and got out $20.00. She kept $15.00 for her administrative fees and gave the homeless man $5.00

When they came upon yet another homeless person, Barack told him to
"have hope, change is coming..." and gave him nothing.

Now do you understand the difference?
