Jewish Girl Assaulted At Occupy Oakland Anti-Israel Rally

I thought the "Occupy" folk had slithered off into the night, but it appears the moonbats are still at it. Some have moved on to other issues, it seems. This past Wednesday March 13, the Oakland chapter held a pro-Palestine/anti-Israel rally commemorating the 4th anniversary of the injuring of Tristan Anderson by Israeli border police in the West Bank. He was hit by a projectile tear gas canister in 2009, and survived, though he is partially paralyzed.

Check out what one Gabby Silverman (a self-loathing Jew) did to a young Jewish pro-Israel girl who was exercising her right to express herself in chalk, just as the anti-Israel "Occupy" people were doing.



Apparently, Gabby is a trouble maker. The following is her mug shot after she was arrested on October 6, 2012- for vandalism and throwing projectiles at police- during one of the many Occupy protests that turned violent last year. Take a look at the mugshots of the other 19 anarchists. Probably all on meth.

It also turns out that Gabby and Tristan are an item. Gabby was in Palestine with Tristan when he got hit. The video (taken by a Palestinian activist) shows the fighting prior to being hit, and then when Tristan is getting bandaged up on a gurney.

As for the physical assault on the young woman in the above video.  In her own defense, Gabby wrote the following on the Facebook public event page A Feast To The Global Resistance:

Gabby's parents must be so proud of her.

When are these people going to get it through their drug-hazed heads: if you provoke the police, they're going to fight back.

CIA Agent Ben Affleck Could Be Hanged For War Crimes- Says Moonbat Barbara Honegger

What do actor Ben Affleck and Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg have in common? They're both CIA operatives. Yes, that's what Iran seems to think. Facebook was reported (by Iran's PressTV) to be a CIA front, failing to realize it was referencing an article by the satire site The Onion. Now PressTV is convinced that Affleck's Academy Award winning film "ARGO" is actually some nefarious CIA plot aimed at convincing the American public that the U.S. should join forces with Israel to wage war on Iran.  Actually, PressTV is quoting some intelligence expert who happens to believe that.

That expert, Barbara Honegger, was a Special Assistant to the President as well as White House Policy Analyst (1981-83), and worked for over a decade as Senior Military Affairs Journalist with the Naval Postgraduate School, the premiere science, technology and national security affairs graduate research university of the US Department of Defense. The author of October Surprise, she is one of America's leading experts on ultra-secretive covert operations or “black ops.”

In a radio interview Tuesday on the Kevin Barrett Show, Honegger stated that filmmaker Ben Affleck might one day be hanged for war crimes and treason - not only for Argo, which she said is designed to pave the road to war on Iran, but also for his role in the 2001 film Pearl Harbor, an earlier intelligence operation designed to pave the road to the 9/11 “New Pearl Harbor.” According to Honegger, Affleck - like his character in Argo - appears to be a covert operator posing as a filmmaker.

Of course if you google Honegger, you'll find links to some of 9/11 Truther blogs along with some references to her being a bit of nut job. So much for a credible source. Then again, neither is PressTV.

Iran is hoping that with the planned lawsuit against the producers of "ARGO", all this spy stuff will come to light.

Oh, and the 2001 film "PEARL HARBOR".  Same thing. A covert CIA operation.  Honegger also thinks Affleck is a CIA agent posing as a filmmaker.

Obama Should "Work Like A Third World Dictator" and Jail Opponents- Says Harry Belafonte

Lefty Harry Belafonte thinks that Barack Obama needs to act like third world dictators and jail opponents. He could have been joking, but given his penchant for left-wing leaders, like his BFF Hugo Chavez, there could well be truth in the comment he made to Al Sharpton on MSNBC.

“What fascinates me is that in the face of millions of Americans expressing their desire, the whole political establishment defining its game, that there should be this lingering infestation of really corrupt people, who’re still trying to dismantle the wishes of the people, the mandate that has been given to Barack Obama, and I don’t know what more they want. The only thing left for Barack Obama to do is to work like a third world dictator and put all these people in jail. They’re violating the American desire!”

Ever heard of the Arab Spring, Harry? They got rid of their dictators, although they foolishly replaced them with something worse. We wouldn't make that mistake.

Occupy Black Friday- Occupy Movement Targets Retailers

I'm not one of those consumerists who plans to snuggle up close with hundreds of shoppers lined up waiting to snag the best deals at retail stores on Black Friday. But there will definitely be hordes waiting in front of  places like Wal-Mart and Burlington Coat Factory, at some ungodly hour, looking for that great buy.  Some crazy young woman (and friends) in Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida will have camped out 9 days in advance at their local Best Buy to get those discounted goodies.

But Black Friday participants might have their shopping fun thwarted by those gadfly Occupiers who have decided to take aim at large retail stores including Wal-Mart and Burlington Coat Factory. Yes, they are moving on from banks and wall street to retail: the big chain stores, and the publicly traded ones, that is, like:

Abercrombie & Fitch, Amazon.com, AT&T Wireless, Burlington Coat Factory, Dick's Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, The Home Depot, Neiman Marcus, Office Max, Toys "R" Us, Verizon Wireless and Wal-Mart.

Small businesses are cool, however, and they encourage you to shop there on Small Business Saturday, just don't use your credit cards. Because American Express and Visa and MasterCard are, after all, evil corporations that force people to max out their credit cards. At least that's what the Occupy Black Friday movement seems to think. It has its very own website, stopblackfriday.com (created by some malcontent called 'thescreaminghead' with his very own Facebook page), which states that

... the credit cards the 99% overcharge will allow the 1% to enrich themselves gluttonously on the backs of hardworking people who simply want to provide a memorable time for their families. So just imagine what would happen to the 1% if the 99% did not spend on Black Friday."

Yes, those nasty credit card companies are holding a gun to every credit card holder's head telling him/her to "shop 'till you drop, or else."

What about taking responsibility for your own actions rather than blaming corporations for your lack of self-control? Of course, these are the leaches who want to be provided for by the government and can't be bothered to realize that many of those 99% of hardworking people work at those retail stores they plan on "Occupying".

They do make a point of saying: "We are NOT anti-capitalist, just anti-crapitalist."

Huh?

I don't think Occupy Black Friday will have much traction, and I don't expect too many will participate, but according to the stopblackfriday blog they do have some protests planned for Boston and Seattle. Seattle is targeting a Wal-Mart.

Please give these people jobs and get them off our streets!

U.S. Hikers Imprisoned In Iran Leftist Tools: Thank Hugo Chavez & Cindy Sheehan For Release

This is an interesting Wall Street Journal interview with James Kirchick, contributing editor at New Republic Magazine, about the two young American hikers (Shane Bauer and Josh Fattal) held as "Political Prisoners" in Iran for 2 years. Kirchick has some interesting notions about the young men based on some of their comments upon their release from prison, including comparing the U.S. with Iran, and thanking the usual lefty icons.

While neglecting to thank either President Obama or Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for helping secure his freedom, Mr. Bauer expressed gratitude toward Hugo Chávez, Sean Penn, Noam Chomsky and Yusuf Islam (formerly Cat Stevens).

March 30- Buy Israeli Goods Day!

To counter the international anti-Israel 'BoyCott Israeli Products Day' (March 30) promoted by groups like BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions), pro-Israel and pro-Jewish groups are actively encouraging people to go out and buy Israeli products today. Here's one website that will help with that goal. And if you have stumbled upon this website, intent on boycotting Israel, take a look at this video before you opt to do that. You might have to give up more than you are willing to.

Jon Stewart's DC Rally To Restore Sanity And Conservative Derangement Syndrome

Most of my FaceBook pals were eagerly awaiting Jon Stewart's DC Rally For Sanity. Some actually went there, others were planning on participating in sister rallies in other locales, while still others bemoaned the fact that they were unable to attend. Most of them, of course, are in the arts, but there were a few who aren't and those people were just as bummed about not being able to commune with fellow 'conservative haters' as my ultra liberal colleagues; and believe me the hate was and will continue to be palpable.

Most of them firmly believe that anyone who doesn't happen to be an Obama-loving liberal are right-wing fanatics. It matters not that some of us who dislike Obama happen to be moderate conservatives or just plain moderates, and that the majority of conservatives are not extremists- they hate us all. They see anyone deviating from the 'Obama-is-god and will magically solve the world's problems if given the chance' path as the enemy, so the fact that Republicans might take control over the house scares the heck out of them. The fact that some were endorsed by the Tea Party movement, frightens them even more. There are some who actually see the potential increase in Republican power as a doomsday scenario. Take one photographer pal who, along with an article on the Huffington Post entitled "If The Tea Party Wins, America Loses" linking to a Keith Olbermann video rant, posted the following comment on his FaceBook page:

"Fanatacism [sic]and ignorance is forever busy, and needs feeding. And soon, with banners flying and with drums beating we’ll be marching backward, backward through the glorious ages of that 16th Century when bigots burned the man who dared bring enlightenment and intelligence to the human mind." from Inherit the Wind

My no-longer friend, who is one of the few who knows my politics, is a bitter hater and that hatred has truly corrupted his mind. With G. W. Bush no longer in the political limelight, all that Bush Derangement Syndrome (BDS) has been transformed into CDS (Conservative Derangement Syndrome). Some of it is understandable, however. Although I generally respect the Tea Party movement, there are some questionable fringe elements. And some of the candidates that it endorsed, and that are now poised to either win or lose in the mid-term elections, should never have gotten this far. But Olbermann talks as if the Tea Party is synonymous with the Republican Party, which it is not.

However, just as we have a fringe element on the right, so does the left. Many of those, I'm sure, found their way to Stewart's ado on Saturday, as some of ours have ended up at Tea Party rallies over the years. But Glenn Beck's Restore Honor rally, which Stewart was lampooning, specified that there were to be no political placards at the event, and that request was honored by all, other than counter-protesters outside the venue. But at Saturday's fete there were plenty of placard, including several I found terribly offensive, see above. To view more go to Doug Ross' blog here. Of course, the typical liberal response (as evidenced in another Ross post about that libs diatribe) was that the placards were simply an exercise in sarcasm, and that conservatives are too stupid to discern the difference. What he fails to comprehend is that just as there might be some of us too "dense" (as he put it) to "get" the sarcasm in "Death To Right Wing Extremists", some left-wing crazy might also not "get it", and be inspired to haul off and harm someone he deems right wing. Isn't that what the left has criticized the Tea Party for? Some of their equally offensive placards inciting some right-wing militia-man to go out and hunt down liberals? Frankly, I have seen some very distasteful signs at Tea Party rallies, and I don't approve at all.

Whether it was sarcasm or not, it just proves that the liberals have as many stupid loons as we do, and we should be scared of them both.

L.A. Union StageHand At Obama Rally Fired For Wearing USS George H. W. Bush T-Shirt and Hat In Honor Of His Navy Son

AS a union actress I don't consider myself anti-Union. At least not anti-actors' unions. SAG, AEA and AFTRA, for the most, have created working and safety standards that were and are very necessary. However, I have never appreciated the fact that unions often get involved in politics where they have no place, but they often do, and unfortunately some of my union dues goes to issues that I am opposed to.

That said, the stage workers' union, IATSE, just fired an L.A. stage hand, Duane Hammond, because he happened to be wearing a USS George H. W. Bush T-Shirt, which he refused to turn inside out, and a cap that he refused to remove. The union took offense, apparently, to the fact that he was wearing wardrobe that mentioned the "Bush" name at a location that was setting up for an Obama rally, in spite of the fact that it wasn't a pro-Bush logo, but simply the logo of the ship his son happens to be serving on in the U.S. navy. All this poor man wanted to do was honor his son's service for the past 3 years on the ship that was named after Bush senior. Even though he tried to explain the reasons for wearing the shirt to his union bosses he was unceremoniously sacked.

According to an update, and obviously after much unwanted publicity, the union apologized to Hammond and apparently are "bending over backwards" to make up for their reprehensible actions. This should never have happened, even if Hammond had been wearing a pro-Bush T-shirt. This is a free country, at least I thought it was.

Going too far- Environmentalists want to nix plush toilet paper

Remember back in 2007 when wacky Sheryl Crow called for using 1 square of toilet paper per sitting? Well, the environmentalists are back at it again calling for the elimination of plush-type toilet paper because it's un-green to use anything softer than wax paper to wipe our butts.

Although toilet paper and tissues account for only 5 percent of the U.S. paper industry, to environmentalists 5 percent is more than they can bear. I suppose they'd be happiest if we used corn cobs or newspapers to do our business, but they'll settle for recycled toilet paper instead, it seems. So they've been lobbying manufacturers to go green and make their t.p. more environmentally friendly by using recycled materials. Apparently Green peace has been doing their bit to put pressure on the paper industry:

Last month, Greenpeace announced an agreement that it said would change this industry from the inside. The environmental group had spent 4 1/2 years attacking Kimberly-Clark, the makers of Kleenex and Cottonelle toilet paper, for getting wood from old-growth forests in Canada. But the group said it is calling off the "Kleercut" campaign: Kimberly-Clark had agreed to make its practices greener. By 2011, the company said, 40 percent of the fiber in all its tissue products will come from recycled paper or sustainable forests.

One manufacturer of recycled t.p., Marcal, is trying to convince people that strength is better than soft.

"Strength of toilet paper is more important, for obvious reasons," said Spring, the chief executive, guiding a golf cart among the machinery that whizzes up vast stacks of old paper, whips it into a slurry, and dries it into rolls of toilet paper big enough for King Kong. He said his final product is as strong as any of the big-name brands. "If the paper breaks during your use of toilet paper, obviously, that's very, very important."

Don't get me wrong, although I don't buy into the global warming hysteria, I think recycling is extremely important, and trashing our earth is a crime, but anyone who wants to do away with soft toilet paper needs to experience a bout of dysentery or know what it feels like to have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or any of the Inflammatory Bowel Diseases before they decide to nix plush toilet paper. I think they would sing a very different tune.

'Boycott Israel' Group Vandalizes Israeli Products At Trader Joe's

The following video is a perfect example of what happens when you gather a group of people who have way too much time on their hands, no brains, and little respect for the property of others.

On June 30, 2009 ("Don't Buy Into Apartheid Day"- yep, it exists), in the San Francisco Bay Area (and elsewhere), pro-Palestinian/anti-Israeli activists, members of Global BDS Movement (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions for Palestine) trekked on over to various Trader Joe's and proceeded to vandalize all Israeli-made products. In this particular location, the feeble Trader Joe's employees basically did nothing to deter the idiots from plastering stickers on the food, other than threaten to call the police. At the beginning, they also asked them to stop filming, although they continued to videotape their antics for 6 minutes or so.

Of course, they bandied about the whole Israel is an apartheid state, which is ludicrous, and to which I devoted a whole post to.

I wish I had been there!

Gitmo Terrorist Detainees- Coming To A Backyard Near You!

So get this- ABC.com claims military officials released a SECRET list of potential military bases to house about 250 of those charming terrorist types that are currently being held in Guantanamo, when Obama closes the place down.

So tell me, since when did secret mean BLAST THE POTENTIAL LOCATIONS ACROSS THE WORLDWIDE WEB?! I had no idea there was a new definition for "secret".

Let's see we have

"Camp Pendleton in California, Fort Leavenworth in Kansas; the Marine Air Station in Miramar, California; and the U.S. Naval Consolidated Brig in South Carolina ."

One of the bases is in my backyard, and frankly I don't want them within 5,000 miles from where I live, which means not on this continent. And, sure, let's advertise this "classified" information globally, so all their little terrorist friends can make plans for their escape. If 8 inmates from a Clovis, New Mexico prison were able to break out of jail last August (4 are still at large, I think) you don't think the suicidal peeps of all those Gitmo detainees won't attempt something brazen? Remember when 100s of militant Taliban fighters (along with 100s of other criminals) escaped from a prison in Kandahar, June 2008! You don't think they'll try that here?!

If we ARE going to transfer them to the U.S. I don't want to know where. I don't want to know this information. I don't want unfriendlies to know this information.

There's a thing as too much information. Keep that kind of information classified, please!

Democratic National Convention- Haven For Moonbats and Misfits!

The Democratic National Convention (DNC) in Denver, Colorado commences today with the saviour of the world Barack Obama as the revered guest of honour. But in addition to Barry Hussein, his veep Joe "no-one wanted as Prez to begin with" Biden, the jilted Clintons (including daughter Chelsea) and other lefty notables, it looks like all the other usual suspects will be in attendance, as well. Yes, those career protesters who revel in the thought of having their posteriors dragged off to jail, because they have nothing better or more constructive to do with their lives; and most of whom are trying to relive the glory "give peace a chance" days of the 1960s. From aging hippies to young wannabees, to your generic lefties and typical anti-war activists, to anarchists and militant Blacks, Recreate68 is hosting a ragtag group of speakers and musical entertainment to demonstrate to the world their dissatisfaction with the U.S. as it is today. Although they claim that they are not looking to recreate the chaos and violence that erupted during the 1968 DNC, their decision to use "recreate68" as their motto, shows a clear lack of wisdom, typical of the left field.

And can anyone guess who is making a guest appearance as one of the speakers at the recreate68 protest-fest? Yes, indeedy, the Queen of the Moonbats herself, Mizz Cyndy Sheehan, is joining in all the fun. Did anyone truly think she would miss out on this photo op?!
