This is how the Islamists and al-Qaeda minions win the hearts and souls of the people, especially the children- through their starving stomachs.
In Syria, the Islamic State of Iraq and Al Sham's propaganda video shows militants riding into areas of Idlib province for Eid Al Adha with their black flag flapping in the wind, sporting hunks of freshly slaughtered lamb (who knows whose animals they butchered) like knights in shining armor. They seem to be focusing on the kids, because it's easy to indoctrinate them with hate, and the inherent violence in al-Qaeda groups is already having an impact. Remember these kids playing behead the enemy?
But it's not just Syria, the Muslim Brotherhood and the Salafists in Egypt were buying votes with meat during the initial parliamentary elections in November 2011, during Eid Al Adha. and we know what happened shortly thereafter.

Video- Niqab-Clad Female Shariah Police Unit In Aleppo, Syria
It looks like Jabhat Al-Nusra, the al-Qaeda-linked insurgent group in Syria, has added niqab-clad women to what is possibly a Sharia-enforcing police unit in Aleppo. Except for one woman who is wearing an hijab, the others are wearing full face veils. And fully armed, including handcuffs.
I wonder what that graffiti says.

Two Coptic Priests In Sudan Arrested For Converting Muslim Woman
There are Coptic Christians in Sudan. I had no idea. And according to Al Arabiya they've done okay there for the past 23 years, no overt violence leveled against them like the Copts in Egypt. That seems rather surprising considering where they are living, and the fact that their President, Omar al-Bashir, is a genocidal Islamist 'war criminal'. But all that could change because of one woman's conversion to Christianity.
Two Coptic priests have already been arrested, because while 'dawah' (proselytizing) is part of a Muslim's religious duty, converting to other religions is a crime, sometimes punishable by death.
So two Christian priests are in jail, and some Al-Qaeda linked group calling themselves al-Qaeda in the Nilien States wants that Christian convert back. Probably so they can stone her to death for apostasy. If the Christians don't return they woman they claim was "kidnapped" they will target the Copts in retaliation.

“I understand there was someone from the Arab origin that accepted Christ and was baptized by them,” leading to their arrest within the past few days, one religious leader told AFP.

Reporter Lara Logan Says Taliban and Al Qaeda Stronger Than Ever
Lara Logan was the South African CBS news journalist who was beaten and sexually assaulted in Cairo's Tahrir Square during the post Arab Spring celebrations after Hosni Mubarak's resignation. A top notch war correspondent who has reported from most of the major hotspots in the Middle East and Africa, including Iraq and the battlefields of Afghanistan, she knows whereof she speaks.
Logan was the keynote speaker at the Better Government Association annual luncheon, and she had some sobering words for the 1,100 movers and shakers in politics, government, the legal and corporate world in attendance, including Laura Washington from the Chicago Sun-Times. Our enemies are as strong as ever, and we're being lied to by our government.
Washington felt a little "queasy" that as a journalist Logan was stepping out from telling the story to being the story, but the speech frightened her "as an American."
According to Ms. Washington, Logan told the captive audience that:
Logan also wants the U.S. to "exact revenge" for the murders of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, and the three other US. officials in Libya, in order to
Good luck with that.
Although Ms. Washington mentions that "in the good old days, reporters did not advocate, crusade or call for revenge", she also gives kudos to Logan for breaking those journalistic rules in a post-9/11 world.
I would venture to say that to most of us non-liberals, Logan's words are nothing new. Those of us who don't have our heads buried in the proverbial sand know that our enemies have not slipped off into the sunset to commune with their camels and six wives. It doesn't take a genius to see that the Taliban have no intention of integrating into Afghan society, so have no desire for peace. For some reason Obama and his minions are in denial about the war on terror, which makes it doubly important that he does not get a second term.

Washington felt a little "queasy" that as a journalist Logan was stepping out from telling the story to being the story, but the speech frightened her "as an American."
According to Ms. Washington, Logan told the captive audience that:
Eleven years later, “they” still hate us, now more than ever, Logan told the crowd. The Taliban and al-Qaida have not been vanquished, she added. They’re coming back.
“I chose this subject because, one, I can’t stand, that there is a major lie being propagated . . .” Logan declared in her native South African accent.
The lie is that America’s military might has tamed the Taliban.
“There is this narrative coming out of Washington for the last two years,” Logan said. It is driven in part by “Taliban apologists,” who claim “they are just the poor moderate, gentler, kinder Taliban,” she added sarcastically. “It’s such nonsense!”
Logan stepped way out of the “objective,” journalistic role. The audience was riveted as she told of plowing through reams of documents, and interviewing John Allen, the top U.S. commander in Afghanistan; Afghan President Hamid Karzai, and a Taliban commander trained by al-Qaida. The Taliban and al-Qaida are teaming up and recruiting new terrorists to do us deadly harm, she reports. She also blasted the U.S. government for
.... downplaying the strength of our enemies in Afghanistan and Pakistan, as a rationale of getting us out of the longest war. We have been lulled into believing that the perils are in the past: “You’re not listening to what the people who are fighting you say about this fight. In your arrogance, you think you write the script.”
Our enemies are writing the story, she suggests, and there’s no happy ending for us.
Logan also wants the U.S. to "exact revenge" for the murders of Ambassador Christopher Stevens, and the three other US. officials in Libya, in order to
".. let the world know that the United States will not be attacked on its own soil. That its ambassadors will not be murdered, and that the United States will not stand by and do nothing about it.”
Good luck with that.

Wife of Al-Qaeda's Zawahiri Urges Muslim Women To Raise Their Kids For Jihad and Death-
Egyptian butcher physician Ayman al-Zawahiri, al-Qaeda's current head honcho, had one of his four wives (Umaima Hassan) make an on line appeal to the Muslim women of the world: birth them babies, mamas, so we can have an endless supply of suicide bombers.
But first of all Umaima commended them for their participation in the Arab Spring. Sure, why not congratulate them, after all the Arab Spring paved the way for an Islamist resurgence, right up al-Qaeda's alley.
Then comes the recommendation to raise those kids as shahids (martyrs):
I'm glad she admits it's a cult.
Oh, and don't forget those veils:
Zawahiri, who was second in command, took over al-Qaeda's leadership after Osama Bin Laden was dispatched to meet his maker. I wonder if he's used any of his own kids as suicide bombers.
Imagine raising your children to love death, and inspiring them to murder others- all in the name of religion.
What a sick, perverse form of child abuse.
It's not Umaima's first appeal. Back in 2009 she was recruiting women to fight. I guess they're more valuable as breeding machines.

"I congratulate all females of the world for these blessed revolutions and I salute every mother who sacrificed her loved ones in the revolutions. It is really an Arab Spring and will soon become an Islamic Spring."
Then comes the recommendation to raise those kids as shahids (martyrs):
"I advise you to raise your children in the cult of jihad and martyrdom and to instil in them a love for religion and death. Each woman would raise her child to be a new Saladin (a 12th century Kurdish general who defeated the Crusaders in battle) by telling him 'it is you who will restore the grandeur of the Islamic nation and you will liberate Jerusalem."
I'm glad she admits it's a cult.
Oh, and don't forget those veils:
"The veil is the Muslim woman's identity and the West wants to remove this identity so she will be without an identity."

Suicide Bombers Wanted- Al Qaeda Places Internet Ads For Shahids
Unemployed? Tired of the planet? Want your 72 virgins now? Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (out of Yemen- the latest hotbed of terrorism) is looking for a few good men to train as suicide bombers. According to Al Arabiya, Internet ads have been popping up on jihadi on line forums asking for volunteers to contact them for further information through email. Targets: in order of importance the U.S., Israel, France and Britain. No mention of any other evil Western nations.
They want to know about your experience and who you want dead.
You can find those ads on Honein, al-Fidaa and Shmoukh al-Islam.
According to the ads,
“The aim of this training is to continue with our brothers who are seeking to carry out operations that make for great killing and slaughtering of the enemies of Islam."
“It is clear now that the individual jihad, or what is called the lone wolf, has become more widespread and its features have started showing -- in summary, it is a complete jihadist operation to be carried out by a single bomber.”
I guess the babies they are raising for jihad aren't old enough yet to serve as suicide bombers.
Pathetic.

Al-Qaeda's al-Zawahri Says U.S. Defense Cuts and Talks With The Taliban A Sign Of Defeat
According to al-Qaeda's new leader Ayman al-Zawahri, Obama's decisions to make nice with the Afghan Taliban, and to cut our defense budget by a substantial amount are a sign of weakness. He also stated that the Arab Spring was primarily Islamist in nature. But those of us with any sense don't need al-Zawahri to tell us that. We knew where the uprisings would lead, and even Afghanistan's Karzai gave up on dealing with the Taliban at one point in time, although who knows where he stands today. Zawahri believes that Obama's attempts to reach out to the Taliban is simply a sign of defeat.
In an audio recording entitled "So Why Did We Revolt Against Him" posted on the Internet, he said:
As for his homeland, Zawahri went on to say that things would remain status quo in Egypt, in spite of the revolution and subsequent regime change, unless the peace treaty with Israel was rescinded and Shariah (Islamic) law became the law of the land.
As if Egypt could survive without its tourism.
But he's absolutely right about showing weakness. Those who are embroiled in the jihad mentality have an enormous amount of patience, and you can rest assured that they will strike when our defences are down, and we will have Obama to thank for that.
In an audio recording entitled "So Why Did We Revolt Against Him" posted on the Internet, he said:
“One of the latest signs of its shrinking (power) is the reduction in the U.S. Department of Defense's budget,” and that the U.S. “military arrogance” had brought it nothing but losses.
“The biggest factor that forced America to reduce its defense budget is Allah’s help to the mujahideen to harm the evil empire of our time."
“America ... is about to withdraw its forces from Afghanistan, and then not only accept, but insist upon requesting negotiations with the Islamic Emirate (Afghan Taliban), which it used to consider as a terrorist group that must be annihilated."
As for his homeland, Zawahri went on to say that things would remain status quo in Egypt, in spite of the revolution and subsequent regime change, unless the peace treaty with Israel was rescinded and Shariah (Islamic) law became the law of the land.
“The popular Arab uprisings have proved they are mainly Islamic in orientation and have sparked a revolution against the mercenaries of America."
“Egypt is not a free trade zone, nor an agent for America nor a middleman for Israel nor a tourist resort. It is the citadel of Islam. The fortress of pan-Arabism; the land of garrison, jihad, knowledge, and preaching."
As if Egypt could survive without its tourism.
But he's absolutely right about showing weakness. Those who are embroiled in the jihad mentality have an enormous amount of patience, and you can rest assured that they will strike when our defences are down, and we will have Obama to thank for that.

Yes, Virginia, Al-Qaeda Exists- Latest Issue Of Al-Qaeda's 'Inspire' Magazine
There are actually fools who don't believe that Al-Qaeda exists, or that it's a CIA fabrication. I personally know some of them, and those same people believe 9/11 was a conspiracy. I'm not quite sure who they think rammed those planes into the Twin Towers and the Pentagon, and what entities are responsible for all the ongoing violence and savagery. But they refuse to acknowledge that evil exists in the form of religious Islamic extremism, and would rather blame the U.S. government (mostly under G.W. Bush's tenure) for all the ills of the world.
I guess they haven't seen Al-Qaeda's slick online English language magazine, Inspire, downloadable from the various jihadi sites that post it. The latest issue (#7) that Blazing Catfur downloaded and posted here, is worth a look, for all the doubters. Then again, I'm sure they will claim it too is a fabrication.
Not sure what will happen with future issues since Anwar Al-Awlaki was offed, as Inspire was his pet project, but I'm sure someone will carry on the legacy. There will always be another roach looking for his 72 virgins, or willing to inspire others to get their 72.
The latest edition was a special 9/11 edition. The editor in chief Yahya Ibrahim says:
As for conspiracy theories, there's a particularly interesting article about Iran's stance on the issue:

The Iranian government has professed on the tongue of its president Ahmadinejad that it does not believe that al Qaeda was behind 9/11 but rather, the U.S. government. So we may ask the question: why would Iran ascribe to such a ridiculous belief that stands in the face of all logic and evidence?Ridiculous indeed!

[Snip] 9/11 was neither the beginning of the war between the Muslims and the West nor was it the end. It was merely an episode in a long, protracted war that started at the time of the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم and will end with al-Malĥama, the epic battle mentioned in the hadith. [snip]
