Spanish Pedophile Rapist That Morocco Released Is Back In Jail In Spain

Daniel Galvin Mina, who was unexpectedly pardoned and released by Morocco's King, even though he raped 11 children, is back in jail after he was re-arrested thanks to Interpol.

Spain had requested the pardon of 18 Spaniards, and the transfer of Vina- along with 29 other criminals- to spend the rest of their sentences in Spain. Vina had been given a 30 year sentence. Somehow Morocco messed up and released them all.

No-one knows where the 29 others are.

Moroccans Protest Pardon of Spanish Pedophile

A sixty-something Spanish pedophile, Daniel Galvin Vina, who raped 11 children (from 4 to 15) was pardoned and released by King Mohammed VI.  No wonder Moroccans are hitting the streets in protest.

The King claims ignorance, but is investigating how this could have happened. How can  you not know who you are pardoning and releasing back into the world. These countries will pardon serial pedophiles and keep bloggers who insult their leaders jailed.

Apparently, pedophiles seem to be gravitating to Morocco.

The Dancing Boys of Afghanistan- where pederasty is cool- documentary film

Pedophilia is a popular past-time in Afghanistan amongst the mostly Pashtun culture. Homosexuality in Islam carries the death penalty, pederasty obviously does not.  In Afghanistan it takes the form of bacha bazi (boy play), where poor, prepubescent and teen boys are recruited for dancing (mostly in drag) in front of groups of men for their entertainment pleasure, culminating in sex for one lucky pervert. In some cases it turns into gang rape.

It's apparently a vile ancient tradition that regained popularity during the mujahideen war against the Russians in Afghanistan. During the war, the Northern Alliance commanders all had their boy partners, and those same former commanders, now married, continue to maintain what in essence is sexual slavery. Many owners of young boys and participants are powerful, wealthy and married men. They're wives have no say.

Afghan documentary filmmaker Najibullah Quraishi went back to Afghanistan several years ago to document the practice. Filming undercover, he brings to light the seamy, underbelly of bacha bazi practice where the boys are let go when they age out, and some boys wind up dead. The average age of the boys is 12 to 14.

Although illegal, no-one seems to be doing anything about it since, in many cases, the police are also involved. These are devout Muslims who dress their wives in burqas while dressing young boys in women's clothing for a little dance and sex. There's something terribly wrong with this picture.  I blame a religion that segregates men and women.

Saudi Sergeant Rapes 13 Year-Old Boy In Vegas

Mazen Alotaibi, a Saudi Air Force sergeant stationed in the US (although no-one seems to know definitively why), took a little trip to sin city for New Year's eve. I guess the 23-year-old, after living in the repressive Kingdom where most everything is forbidden, decided to indulge in some massive alcohol consumption. Hennessy, apparently. Staying at the Circus Circus hotel in Las Vegas, Alotaibi admittedly got stinking drunk. That's when the Saudi spied a young 13-year-old boy that took his fancy. So he grabbed the kid, dragged him into his room and sexually assaulted him.

The police arrived on the scene sometime before 9:30 a.m. on New Year's eve day after the young kid reported the rape. Denying it at first, Alotaibi eventually confessed telling the police he was drunk and forced himself on the boy after the kid refused to service him for money.

The report stated that the 23-year-old Saudi national told investigators that he had the boy perform oral sex on him 'for just a couple of seconds,' and then 'accidentally' raped him.

‘There was a kidnapping and sexual assault with force,’ Las Vegas police Lt. Dan McGrath said. ‘The victim said he was forced into the room and sexually assaulted. We have a strong case based on the evidence.'

The boy, who lives out of state, was staying at the hotel with his family, McGrath said. He was taken to a hospital for medical treatment and evidence collection and released later to family members.

How do you "accidentally" rape someone?

Oh, and there were three other males in the room smoking pot.

According to McGrath, Alotaibi claims he was stationed at Joint Base San Antonio/Lackland, but spokesman Brent Boller says he's stationed in Biloxi, Mississippi at Keesler Air Force Base. Boller wasn't sure if Alotaibi had ever been at Lackland, though foreign military often are assigned to Lackland to improve their English at the Defense Language Institute.

And it seems Alotaibi might be a rich kid- or the Saudi Arabian government takes good care of its citizens, even the perverts- because he quickly hired a California lawyer. Attorney Don Chairez said Alotaibi will plead not guilty.

And besides the kidnapping, raping a minor, and "felony coercion" charges, he's also facing a charge of:

... burglary, which in Nevada can stem from a person entering a building with intent to commit a felony.

He could face a nice long jail term, if he doesn't get shipped home. If he was home he'd face a flogging or death for being a homosexual. And though pederasty is commonplace in places like Afghanistan, these men don't consider themselves gay. So he'd probably get off scott free.

No bail for the miscreant here.

Pedophiles In Turkey To Face Chemical Castration

If you have an eye for the young ones in Turkey, watch out, they're contemplating chemical castration for pedophiles along with longer jail terms. And your run of the mill sex offenders also face longer stays in the slammer along with those that abuse people with disabilities .  That should keep the Turkish government busy.

The draft proposal, titled “Draft Law on Reproductive Health and Child Abuse,” is in the process to be made into a law. However, it doesn’t contain details on how to implement chemical castration on pedophiles, the Turkish newspaper Today’s Zaman reported.

The daily said that the Ministry of Heath will decide on the implementation.

The draft, approved by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, proposes “medical intervention for child abusers and convicts clinically diagnosed as pedophiles,” without going into detail.

Other expected changes to be made in the new law is to take off the requirement to have an expert report from the Council of Forensic Medicine (ATK) in rape cases to prove that the victim’s psychology has been negatively affected.

The draft will keep the 10-week legal period for abortions and 20-week in case of rape victims the same. But in the new proposal, doctors are urged to convince the victims to back off from having abortions. Doctors who perform illegal abortions will also face up to eight years in prison.

Unlike surgical castration, where the testicles are removed, chemical castration does not castrate or sterilize the person, but works only to reduce the offender’s libido and sexual activity.

It's about time they institute tougher laws for sex offenders, particularly the repeat offenders.

Iranian Diplomat Fired After Groping Young Girls In Brazil

Hekmatollah Ghorbani, a 51-year-old Iranian diplomat stationed in Brazil, has been fired for groping some young nine to 15 year-old girls in a swimming pool in the capital Brasilia last month. Iran's foreign ministry issued the following statement:

“After an investigation into the violations by the Iranian employee of the Iranian embassy in Brazil, it was found his behavior was contrary to administrative regulations and Islamic conduct ... thus he was dismissed.”

He was initially arrested after he made the little girls cry, but as per regulations for diplomatic immunity (once his status was verified) he was immediately released.
At first, the Iranian Embassy tried to justify the obvious pedophilia as a "cultural misunderstanding" which, in reality, is partially the truth. Well, cultural AND religious misunderstanding; after all, their Prophet's most beloved wife, Aisha, was a mere nine year's old, and underage marriage is quite common in many Muslim-majority countries. Of course, that doesn't explain the fact that he fondled young girls he wasn't 'married' to.
This kind of incident always mortifies the holier-than-thou Muslims who aren't supposed to even mix with other genders in pools. Al Arabiya mentions that gender-mixing in swimming pools in Iran is expressly forbidden, and that Iranian diplomats (and others representing Iran) need to follow those same Islamic rules while living in the West.

Ramin Mehmanparast, of the Iranian foreign ministry, said that Ghorbani would be "dealt with" upon his return to Iran, but I'm sure he'll probably just get a slap on the wrist for causing them grief, but that's about it. Iranian prisons are reserved for political dissidents, adulterers, and homosexuals who all wind up dead, eventually. Pedophiles? Nah. Had they been little boys, however, he'd be in big trouble.

Mehmanparast, of course, also had to mention that the whole affair was, in essence, being "twisted by Western and Arab media."

Oxford Muslim Sex Trafficking Gang Child Victims More Than Double

Victims of the Muslim sex trafficking gang in Oxford, England have more than doubled. There are now 50 girls from the ages of 11 to 16 who allegedly were drugged and then sold into prostitution.

An Oxford police sting, Operation Bullfinch, netted 13 men- 6 of whom were Asian. In several cases it was a family affair: two sets of brothers. Sickeningly, several of the men are fathers themselves.

Father of two Kamar Jamil, aged 26 years, of Summertown, Oxford, who is charged with four counts of rape, two counts of arranging the prostitution of a child, one count of making a threat to kill and one count of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, has since been granted conditional bail by the court.

Zeshan Ahmed, 26, is charged with ten counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child.

Anjum Dogar, 30, is charged with one count of conspiring to rape a child, one count of arranging prostitution of a child and one count of trafficking.

His brother, Akhtar, 31, is charged with three counts of rape, one count of conspiring to rape a child, three counts of arranging the prostitution of a child, one count of making a threat to kill and one count of trafficking.

Mohammed Karrar, 37, has been charged with two counts of conspiracy to rape a child and one count of supplying a Class A controlled drug to a child.

His brother Bassan, a 32-year-old father of two, is charged with one count of raping a child in 2006.

Several others have been arrested, a man (39) and woman (40) who were thought to have been involved in 'grooming' the young girls, but they were both released-the woman, without being charged. The man was released on bail and expected to return in May.

This isn't just about trafficking, this is also pedophilia.

So much for Muslim piety.  Hypocrites.

The Child-Bride Problem In Iran- Over 716 Girls Under the Age of 10 Married Off In 2011

Mohammed's child bride Aisha (bint Abu Bakr) was only 6 years old when she was betrothed to the Prophet by her father.  She was still playing with dolls when they finally consummated the marriage when Aisha was only 9 and Mohammed was 52, and old enough to be her grandfather. Apparently, she was his favorite wife, that's probably because as young as she was she was malleable and controllable.

You'd think that with the progress of civilization, and the fact that we now consider sex with underage children 'pedophilia', the practice would have ceased.  But it's still thriving in many regions of the world, including Iran, because many believe that if it was good enough for their Prophet, it's good enough for them.

In fact, according to activist Farshid Yazdani (of Association for the Defense of Children's Rights) the number of child brides in Iran under the age of 10 has been increasing at an alarming rate.  They jumped from 449 in 2009 to 716 in 2011. But that's not all:

Yazdani added that the number of marriages for girls under 15 years of age has increased from 33,383 in 2006 to 35,931 in 2007, 37,996 in 2008, and 43,459 last year (please note that the dates are approximate as the statistics were given according to the Iranian calendar, which begins at the start of the Persian New Year).

According to Yazdani, the rate of marriages of girls under the age of 15 has had a 45% increase compared to marriages in other age brackets. He added that these figures are based on the statistics released by Iran’s Civil Registrations Office, and they should set off alarms for social activists and policy makers.

We can thank Sharia Law for the legalization of the practice in many Muslim countries.

Jerry Sandusky Lawyer's Gaffe- 1-800-REALITY Is Gay Phone-Sex Line

One would think that when your client's future is hanging on the line, you would be a tad more careful what you say in nationally televised press conferences.  But alleged pedophile Jerry Sandusky's lawyer, Joe Amendola, seems to have made some interesting gaffes over the past few weeks.  First of all, Sandusky's interviews, including the one with Bob Costas, have not painted him in a very positive light.  In fact, that Bob Costas interview pretty much tipped the scales for me, in terms of his guilt. I mean, who horses around naked with young boys, and thinks it's perfectly okay to shower and "touch their thigh", as he so openly admitted to Costas?  This is not normal adult behaviour.

Then we have today's gaffe, not major, but pretty darn bizarre. After Sandusky chose to waive his preliminary hearing rights today, Amendola took to the microphone. 



Trying to be clever, Amendola suggested that we oh-so-naive ones who believe that Paterno et al responded to Mike McQueary's sexual abuse allegations with a simple 'stay out of the shower with young kids, dude', should dial "1-800-REALITY" .  So, Deadspin.com took him up on that suggestion and dialed the number , and what they got was a gay phone-sex line.  Ooops.  Or maybe not.  You have to wonder, does Amendola think that his client is guilty and is just letting him hang himself- well, figuratively speaking?  Obviously, the 1-800 gaffe was unintentional, but it is all very strange, nonetheless.

In Denial- Jerry Sandusky's Wife Claims He's Innocent of Sex Abuse Allegations

I know that in our justice system a person is innocent until proven guilty, but every once in a while you witness a case where that person is quite obviously not.  Jerry Sandusky, a married father of 6 adopted children, is one of those cases.  A retired Penn State assistant football coach, he was also founder of The Second Mile, a nonprofit organization for underprivileged and at-risk youth established in 1977. It was a bunch of these boys, over 15 years, that he allegedly sexually abused.  Arrested back in November of this year, he was charged with molesting 8 young boys, although 2 more have come forward since the initial Grand Jury indictment.

According to the victims, he showered them with gifts and overnight stays at the Sandusky residence where they usually stayed in a finished room in the basement, and where much of the sexual abuse took place. But it wasn't just there that Sandusky molested the boys, the assaults took place elsewhere including on the Penn State campus, in gyms, in locker rooms, at a golf resort and a conference center.  And there were witnesses as far back as 1998, when a mother confronted Sandusky about inappropriate behaviour with her son.  In 2000, a janitor claims he saw the assault on victim 8. Then in 2002, Mike McQueary (a grad student) discovered a naked Sandusky and what looked to be a 10-year-old boy having an inappropriate sexual encounter in the Lasch Building locker room at 9:30 p.m.  The next day he reported it to the head coach, Joe Paterno, who called his boss Tim Curley (athletic director). A meeting was called between the grad student, Curley and Gary Schultz, Senior VP of Finance and Business.  A few weeks later McQueary was told Sandusky's locker room keys were taken away, and that he had been reported to The second Mile.  But Curley and Schultz did nothing further, and the abuse continued. 

 Over 15 years, that we know of, he took advantage of troubled boys, and you have to wonder what  took so long?!

First of all you  have Curley and Schultz who essentially sheltered a pedophile for 7 to 8 years after they were alerted to his sexual deviancy. Why? Probably because Sandusky was a great coach, and the young boys didn't matter to them as much as maintaining a stellar football programme. They have since paid the price, and were also arrested early November for failing to notify authorities and lying about the way in which they handled the allegations.  Paterno was not arrested, but he was fired by Penn State for failing to do enough to prevent Sandusky from continuing to abuse.  It's unconscionable that all those Penn State officials knew what had occurred and did absolutely nothing about it. They are as guilty as Sandusky for allowing it to continue.

Then we have Sandusky's wife 'Dottie', who is in total denial.   How could she have not known what was going on, down in the basement?  One of the latest victims claims he screamed for help, to no avail.
But she says all 10 boys are lying. In a statement released by her husband's lawyer she had this to say:

"I want to thank our children, our family, our extended family of former Second Mile participants, and all our friends for standing by us through these difficult times. Jerry and I want to express our sorrow for all the hurt that has come to those who have supported us and our beloved Penn State and State College Communities.

"I have been shocked and dismayed by the allegations made against Jerry, particularly the most recent one that a now young man has said he was kept in our basement during visits and screamed for help as Jerry assaulted him while I was in our home and didn’t respond to his cries for help.

"As the mother of six children, I have been devastated by these accusations. I am also angry about these false accusations that such a terrible incident ever occurred in my home. No child who ever visited our home was ever forced to stay in our basement and fed there. All the kids who visited us ate with us and our kids and other guests when they were at our home. Our children, our extended family and friends know how much Jerry and I love kids and have always tried to help and care for them. We would never do anything to hurt them. I am so sad anyone would make such a terrible accusation which is absolutely untrue. We don’t know why these young men have made these false accusations, but we want everyone to know they are untrue.

"I continue to believe in Jerry’s innocence and all the good things he has done. Jerry’s many success stories with his Second Mile kids and positive memories of those kids keep me going. I am asking everyone to please be reasonable and open-minded until both sides of this case are heard, and Jerry has the opportunity to prove his innocence.

"I would like to thank all those individuals who continue to support Jerry and hope they will continue to support us through the conclusion of this very sad time in our lives."

In denial, or too mortified to admit she enabled a pedophile to abuse young boys for all those years. And what about the 6 adopted kids? Did they have any inkling of what was going on, but were too afraid or embarrassed to say anything?

But the one most in denial is Sandusky himself. He is totally convinced of his innocence, but this Bob Costas interview is pretty damning.Take note, that when asked if he's a pedophile, he says no, when asked if he's sexually attracted to young, underage boys. He hesitates. Repeats the question, "Am I sexually attracted to boys? Sexually attracted? No,I, I enjoy young people. I love to be around them, but no, I'm not attracted."



There is something terribly wrong with a man who admits he has showered naked with young boys, 'horsed around" with them and touched their legs. And that hesitation, when asked by Bob Costas, if he is sexually attracted to young boys, says it all.

French pedophile, given viagra in prison, rapes 5 year old boy upon release!

Francis Evrard, a 61-year-old (repeat-offender) pedophile raped a 5-year-old boy he kidnapped from Roubaix, a small northern town in France less than 2 months after he was released from prison. Evrard, who was sentenced to 27 years in prison, was released after serving only 18 of those years.

Police said the pair were discovered later in the day partly clothed in a garage used by Evrard after the use of a new nationwide search system. [fashioned after the U.S's "Amber Alert"]

Described as an

“incorrigible hunter of young boys” by a prosecutor at his trial in 1989. He also has three other convictions for sexual crimes in 1975, 1985 and 2004. The latter offence was committed in Caen prison, where he was discovered with child pornography on his personal computer in his cell. A psychiatrist who examined him for the court hearing in 2004 said that he had a “homosexual paedophile perversion causing a danger of a crime”. The psychiatrist added that Evrard was “barely readaptable”.

and yet, he was released!

The kicker: Evrard was found with Viagra in his pocket and, according to his lawyer, the drug was prescribed by none other than a prison doctor who claims he had no idea what Evrard was in for; in spite of the fact that three quarters of the inmates, in that particular prison, are child sex offenders.

I'd like to think that people can change, with treatment, but the recidivism rate for pedophiles is extremely high, and that's just those who happen to be caught in the act. Who knows how many are re-offending without being caught. Those sexual urges are extremely difficult to control and offenders usually wind up giving in to those compulsions. There's a very disturbing but powerful film "The Woodsman", starring Kevin Bacon, that deals with those issues. A convicted child molester, Walter (Kevin Bacon), is released after a 12 year sentence, and tries desperately to lead a normal life, but is ultimately unable to ward off the demons that push him to commit such despicable acts.

The French are outraged about the case, but the same thing happens in this country: repeat sex offenders are released early, re-offend and sometimes even murder their victims. Jessica Lunsford, case in point. At least Evrard's victim is still alive, although the young boy will probably need therapy for a very long time.

The problem is our laws are too lax and offenders are not required to undergo therapy, although who knows if that would even help.

Many of those committed get no treatment at all for sex offending, mainly by their own choice. In California, three-quarters of civilly committed sex offenders do not attend therapy. Many say their lawyers tell them to avoid it because admission of past misdeeds during therapy could make getting out impossible, or worse, lead to new criminal
charges.

We need to get tougher on violent sexual predators/rapists who are considered dangerous, particularly those who are repeat offenders. Treatment should not be optional! It should be mandatory. Intensive therapy plus drugs or chemical castration, or keep them off the streets, forever. Whatever it takes.
