Human Rights Watch documents the destruction and looting of Christian churches, businesses, schools, and even an orphanage by Muslim Brotherhood activists and other Islamists all over Egypt. All of this in retaliation after police and security forces tried to break up the Muslim Brotherhood sit-ins in Cairo.
Two employees on a tourist boat restaurant who were hiding when it was attacked, were found dead. One was a Christian, the other was a Muslim.
No-one came to help before or after the attacks.

Fake Deaths And Injuries In Egypt Aired On Al-Jazeera
No doubt there have been casualties in Egypt- that happens when two opposing sides engage in violence as they battle for power. But for a news outlet to stage something to further the agenda of one of those 'sides' is reprehensible. Raymond Ibrahim posted an interesting video demonstrating how some Arab media outlets do just that.
Al-Jazeera videotaped a scene showing a man bandaged and bleeding. He looks like he is either dead or close to it. In the background you hear a woman screaming, apparently blasting the Egyptian military for "supposedly killing peaceful Brotherhood protesters." We are to assume that this man was one of those injured or killed by the military. However, at about 8 seconds into the video below, as someone is about to lift the man's shirt to inspect what one would assume to be bullet wounds, you will see the 'unconscious' or 'dead' man raise his left leg and surreptitiously shove the person's hand away, while his eyes and the rest of his body remain immobile. At :24 seconds the kicking is repeated several times.
How much of this is going on?

Cartoon That Clarifies The Egyptian Crisis
Tennessee's Chattanooga Times Free Press published this cartoon.
It very simply clarifies what the whole Egyptian revolution is all about. After toppling the autocratic- albeit mostly secular- rule of Hosni Mubarak, the battle is now raging between those who want Democracy, and those Islamist/Muslim Brotherhood types who want a Theocracy.
The secular Egyptians believed that Mohammed Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood would rule with a moderate hand. That proved to be an incredibly foolish mistake. Now they are all suffering the consequences.
I doubt either side is going to give up.

Egyptian Islamists Beat Young Boy- Viral Video
Al Arabiya has posted a video that has gone viral of a young Egyptian boy being attacked by a group of pro-Morsi Islamists after they discover he's not there to support Mohammed Morsi.
Islamists flooded Ramses Square in Cairo after stuffing their faces for Iftar- the meal that breaks the Ramadan fast.
So here we have a group of adults beating a defenseless young boy during Ramadan the holiest of holy Muslim holidays. One of the Five Pillars of Islam. Maulana Muhammad Ali said of Ramadan fasting:
Violence is not righteous. This just demonstrates how hypocritical the most self-righteous and supposedly pious Muslims really are.
Islamists flooded Ramses Square in Cairo after stuffing their faces for Iftar- the meal that breaks the Ramadan fast.
Thousands of Islamists poured into the square after breaking their Ramadan fast on Monday seeking to organize a sit-in there, threatening to paralyze traffic in one of the busiest parts of Cairo.
Their move prompted police intervention and violent clashes throughout the night. During the clashes a boy showed up to the scene and the angry Islamists grabbed him with one of them asking him:
“Who sent you here?” “Who are you?” “Are you with Mursi?” and “Who are you with?”
The horrified-looking boy was then beaten on the back of his head and then he was slapped.
When a man attempted to stop the assault, they shouted at him saying that the boy was hired by Mursi’s opponents.
“I know he is, but he’s just a child,” the young man responds. The crying boy pleads for help as several men continue to beat him.
“This isn’t merciful,” says a man approaching them.
He and others take the boy away, but it is unclear what happened to him afterwards.
At the end of the video, a protester notices that the incident is being filmed, so he tells the cameraman to film photos of Mursi instead.
So here we have a group of adults beating a defenseless young boy during Ramadan the holiest of holy Muslim holidays. One of the Five Pillars of Islam. Maulana Muhammad Ali said of Ramadan fasting:
“The real purpose of fasting is to attain righteousness. A person who undergoes hunger and thirst, but does not behave righteously, has done nothing. If someone is told the aim and object of doing a certain duty, and he does that duty but does not attain the required aim and object, it is as if he has not done that duty.”
Violence is not righteous. This just demonstrates how hypocritical the most self-righteous and supposedly pious Muslims really are.

Angel Gabriel Seen At Pro-Morsi Protests
The "Angel Gabriel" made an appearance at a Pro-Morsi protest, or so claim some men who then told Sheikh Ahmad Abdel Hadi, a Muslim Brotherhood cleric. Oh, and apparently so did Mohammad.
Muslim Brotherhood supporters are ignorant enough to believe it.

Ansar al-Sharia Militants Will Fight In Egypt
According to kavkaz center, al-Qaeda-linked Ansar al-Sharia has formed an Egyptian affiliate
This spells major trouble.
Ansar al-Sharia in Egypt said it would gather arms and start training its members, in a statement posted on an online forum.
Ansar al-Sharia said in its statement the military coup, the closing of television channels and the killing of Muslim protesters all amounted to a war declared against Islam in Egypt.
The group pointed at criminals: secularists, supporters of Mubarak and Egyptian Coptic Christians, state security forces and army commanders, who would turn the country into a crusader, secular freak.
It denounced democracy and said it would instead champion Islamic law, or Sharia, acquire weapons and train to allow Muslims to deter the attackers, preserve the religion and empower the Sharia of the Lord.
This spells major trouble.

Smart Egyptian Boy Goes Viral, Faved As President On Social Media
Remember the video I posted in early May of the uber-intelligent young Egyptian boy blasting the Muslim Brotherhood? It seems the video has finally gained traction, and he's become the latest sensation.
12-year-old Ahmed Ali said of Mohammed Morsi's regime:
12-year-old Ahmed Ali said of Mohammed Morsi's regime:
“We didn’t get rid of a military regime to replace it with a fascist theocracy."Too bad he's not old enough to be president, though Twitter folk are saying he should be.
“How come there are only seven ladies in the constituent assembly, six of whom are Islamists?”
“They say ladies are equal to men in all matters, except in matters that contradict the Shariah law (Islamic law)."
He stressed that the government manipulated the constitution, saying that anything that is built on “falsehood” …”will end up with something bad.”
“All of this [political process] is void, because the parliament in the first place is void,” Ali said.
The outspoken boy criticized regulations adopted from the Islamic Shariah law as “outrageous.” Ali provides an example saying “Islamic law allows men to discipline their wives.
“I can’t beat my wife up and almost kill her, and then tell you this is discipline. This is not discipline, this is abuse and insanity,” Ali exclaims.

22 Al Jazeera Staff Resign Over Bias In Favor Of Muslim Brotherhood
We all know that journalists are supposed remain unbiased, but often are not. Same goes for news channels. But according to Gulf News a bunch of Al Jazeera based Egyptian journalists resigned, en masse, because of biased reporting in favor of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Haggag Salama, did the same thing on-air live. Kudos to them.
The news channel Al Jazeera Mubasher Misr saw 22 members of staff resign on Monday in Egypt over what they alleged was coverage that was out of sync with real events in Egypt.
[snip]
Mahmoud said that the resignations had been brought about by a perceived lack of commitment and Al Jazeera professionalism in media coverage, adding that “the management in Doha provokes sedition among the Egyptian people and has an agenda against Egypt and other Arab countries.”
Mahmoud added that the management used to instruct each staff member to favour the Muslim Brotherhood.
He said that “there are instructions to us to telecast certain news”.
