Col Richard Kemp- Israel Unfairly Demonized Over Gaza Conflict

Former British Colonel Richard Kemp is not Jewish but he's a fierce supporter of Israel. After thirty years in the British Army experiencing terrorism and extremism up front and personal in Afghanistan, the Balkans, Iraq and other areas in the Middle East he is outraged at the demonization of Israel.

"Israel has no choice but to respond [to Hamas]."

In the video, he discusses the disproportionate obsession with the Gaza conflict as opposed to the horrors occuring in Syria, Yemen, Nigeria, other East African countries, and in Iraq where many Christians have been wiped out, forced to convert or driven out of the country. He criticizes the world for protesting the Gaza conflict while ignoring the killing in those other regions.  He blames it on rampant anti-Israel sentiment.

"Israel should not be lectured by any country in the world about its humanity. Israel is an extremely humane country. It's a Western liberal democracy, and it's as strong in its morality, it's as strong in its ethos, as its human ethos, as any other country in the world. Although I'm not Israeli, I'm not Jewish I find it personally insulting to hear Israel abused in this way."

"I believe that the evil of  violent Islamic jihad is an evil that faces the entire Western world."

The video is peppered with snippets of news footage from various sources including the son of one of the founders of Hamas, Mosab Hassan Yousef (an Israeli supporter himself) who says:

"The destruction of the state of Israel is not Hamas' final destination. Hamas' final destination is building the Islamic khilafah. Which means an Islamic State on the rubble of every civilization."

Kemp claims that Israel is at the front line of the fight for survival, and they deserve out support, because we can rest assured that we will be next.
